Horrible! I also can never get in touch with them. I haven’t actually talked to the agent Greg in years. If I do manage to get someone on the phone, it’s one of his office staff who don’t know/​do anything but will call back. I never get a call back. My car was recently hit by another driver and the customer service agents told be I could talk to my agent for additional assistance. I knew better than to even try but I called and the girl i spoke to brushed me off so hard all I could say was wow. I am also considering leaving State Farm. Between this agent and the process with the accident I have lost trust in this company. Stay away from Greg King if you want any customer service at all.

Terrible! I can NEVER get in touch with them. I have to literally set a reminder to call them at about 11 am or 4pm, because it seems as though they open late and close early. I have to switch agents. No one could tell me why my car insurance premium increased AFTER I added my homeowners insurance to it. I may just leave Statefarm altogether, because this office is in competent

Besides facilitating the procurement of a policy, that’s about all this agent has done for me.
I’ve been attempting to consolidate my State Farm policies with another agent for MONTHS. It’s taking so long because neither I or the new agent can get in contact with anyone from Greg King’s office to make the switch. When are you open? Pick up your phone! My husband and I even tried to go in person and (when we finally found the office because they moved and didn’t update their listing) they were closed when clearly they were supposed to be open.
STOP HOLDING MY POLICIES HOSTAGE!!!
