Due to Samantha notifying me, I was able to square away some underwriting I needed with my auto policy with my California State Farm office that was important to keeping my policy in place. Christine helped me transfer my auto policy from Ohio to Chicago in 1 afternoon. She was polite, attentive, and a joy to work with. Purchasing auto insurance is a big deal — it was nice to be taken care of and genuinely appreciated for choosing to do business with them. Keep up the good work!

I’ve used Mr. Jareczek’s office to insure my car and personal property for about 20 years. I’ve had good service. When I have questions about coverage or prices, his office answers them by email if I want, which is very convenient for me.
Keep in mind that State Farm is one of the better insurers out there, so by choosing a State Farm agent you are starting out with a better product to begin with. Now on top of that you have the added value of the very good service Mr. Jareczek’s office provides and you have yourself a solid deal.

I rarely write reviews, but feel compelled to do so. I have been Greg’s client for more than 15 years and have been fortunate to be mostly claim-​free until last year (car) and this year (home). When I had damage on my six month old car, Greg’s office recommended a great auto body shop and made the process less stressful. When a burst water pipe cost me extensive damage in my condo, his office once again recommended a great restoration company. But, when I had issues with my condo association property manager about the related situation and didn’t know where to turn, that is when Greg really went above and beyond the call of duty. He truly cares about his clients and making a difficult and stressful situation as painless as possible!

My experience with Lesley Hunter at the Greg Jareczek StateFarm Agency was completely positive. Lesley was friendly, helpful, informative, and low pressure. I felt I could trust her advice about my renters policy, and rely upon the agency. Greg also took the time to come out and offer friendly words, which was nice for a southerner who just moved to the city!

I have been a client of State Farm for 44 years, and have been a client of Greg’s since 1994. Greg has always been responsive and courteous, and is everything you could want in an insurance agent (or any service provider for that matter).
The reason for this review, however, is because of a recent issue that Greg handled for me that went above an beyond.
I was in a motorcycle accident recently. Nothing major, but my bike suffered some damage. I went through the whole «file a claim» process and was told that an estimator would be in touch with me. Several days later, as my wife and I were arriving at work at 9 in the morning, she picks up a voicemail message on HER CELL PHONE, that was left the night before by the estimator. We’re a busy couple with dogs and kids, so we rarely get to our voicemails in the evening. We don;t know why he would call HER cell phone instead of mine??? Right after she tells me she’s picked up this voicemail, I get a call from the estimator telling me he’s at my property. WHAT? I tell him I’m at work, and that he will need to schedule something with me. He proceeds to uncover my bike (on my property) and then can’t get the cover back on. When I get home that night my bike is sitting there exposed to the elements. I can go on and on about how this was wrong on so many levels, but won;t bore you with that.
So I called Greg. He called me right back on his cell phone. Empathized with me and told me he would contact the estimators supervisor the next day. He does that and follows up with me. He calls again the next day to make sure things are ok. A few days later, I get a Starbucks card in the mail from Greg.
Did he do his job? Yes. But he does it in such a way, that you feel like he is your friend, and the he has your best interests in mind. He is everything you would want in an insurance agent, and I could not more highly recommend him.

I worked with Christine at Greg Jareczek’s office to obtain renter’s insurance a year ago and found the process to be quick and painless. The whole process only took about 20 minutes over the phone. I explained my needs and Christine walked me through a series of questions to determine the amount of coverage I needed. I was able to set up monthly payments so I didn’t have to pay the full year of coverage up front. I can’t remember off the top of my head what I’m paying but I know it was very affordable. Last month I called to inquire about policy renewal (I didn’t know if it was automatic or not) and Greg got back to me quickly and answered all my questions. Everyone there has been incredibly helpful and makes themselves available whenever I’ve needed assistance. This was my first experience with renter’s insurance but considering the pain I’ve had dealing with other types of insurance coverage, this was great. I’d highly recommend them for renter’s insurance and will definitely consider them if I need another type of insurance in the future.

I am very satisfied with my decision to work with this team. I did a quote online and because the previous owner of my new condo also had recently done a quote online, I couldnt complete my transaction online. That’s where I met Christine.
She helped me through the process and got me the auto insurance I needed. I was told I’d get a call from Greg and got the call a few days after. He did his job — asked me what else I might need, but didnt do it in a pushy way.
The only problem came when I got a call from Christine a few days later saying my rate was more than quoted, apparently my exact address caused my auto insurance to go up about $ 100. She said only the underwriters could have id’d this issue. It frustrated me a bit and I would have liked to have heard an «I’m sorry» or a heads up that this could happen at some point in the initial conversation.
So far that’s been my experience and I hope for my car’s stake that’s all the experience I’ll need!

I just moved from Texas and needed to transfer my auto and renter’s insurance to Illinois. Greg’s office was close to my new digs and I was happy to see that they stay open until 7pm Tuesdays and Thursdays… I work til 530pm downtown and there was no way I could make it to any other agents in the area who all closed at 5pm on weekdays. It was a short walk from the Irving Park Brown Line stop… bonus that it’s across the street from the new Joy Yee location too!

The other 2 stars are for the great office staff who helped me. Christine answered all my questions and set up my accounts. A really nice lady! She also discovered that I could get a small plan upgrade without any additional cost to what I was already paying. All around great service and happy to make them my agent!

My boyfriend and I always talk about getting renter’s insurance for our apartment but I dreaded having to talk to an agent. My past experiences talking to insurance agents have not been fun. My boyfriend finally proposed so I knew I had to get insurance on my ring fast. Luckily, I called Greg Jareczek’s office first. I spoke with Jennifer Pinto, who was extremely polite and helpful. The entire process took less than 20 minutes and she had set me up with a great policy. I am totally grateful for Jennifer and her great customer service and friendliness. I highly recommend Greg Jareczek if you are looking for insurance!!!

I lived in MI and switched to State Farm from another agency in February. 2 weeks later, I got a phone call saying they were going to drop me due to some paperwork they neglected to file. I moved to Chicago 2 weeks later, and met with one of Greg’s VERY capable agents. While I was there, they took care of everything. Switched me over, bundled it all together, and updated all my info. Greg came out personally and shook my hand. He called me a couple days later just to see how I was adjusting to the move. BEST customer service ever. I received a welcome letter in the mail following the phone call. HIGHLY recommend Greg and his team to ANYONE!!! RAVE RAVE RAVE!
