WARNING… Don’t hire them, you will be very sorry! This all started with me getting rear ended and causing major injuries to my back, 3 back surgeries and ongoing treatment for the rest of my life. Originally I met with Michael, he made very rude inappropriate comments to me. Louis contacted me with apologies and promised he himself would take the case. When it was time for the interrogatory Louis turned the case over to Bennett and no longer represented me. I spent 7 years waiting for this to settle. We went to trial. They sent 2 attorneys, they told me what to say and what not to say. They also told the court we were suing for nearly $ 800,000 in which we were only suing for $ 100,000 the max of the insurance coverage. I had almost $ 400,000 in medical plus lost wages and pain and suffering. When preparing in the courtroom, Bennett contacted me to make a deal to guarantee a minimum of $ 25,000. The court settled for less. GWC kept the money for themselves, they said I would have had to been awarded double what we were given. Why would I agree to a deal of anything less? I tried for about 8 months to contact them, no one would take my calls, not even one partner in the firm! They promise on their website that they are not satisfied unless the client is satisfied. I’m clearly not satisfied. There aren’t supposed to be fees unless we win the case, they considered my injury pre-​existing which it was not. Even if the fees were based on what they recovered they are only entitled to 30% so how is it they get away with taking nearly every penny. They finally told me they’d send me $ 4500 and they lied about that as well. They sent about $ 3200, didn’t even cover lost wages. There is so much I could say but I would be here for a week writing all the details. I thought they were here to help me not take advantage of me and take money that doesn’t belong to them. I have nothing nice to say about these people! It’s a terrible shame that we can’t trust our justice system. If only the court was able to hear everything not only bits and pieces. I am sickened over this and will haunt me the rest of my life!

I had a very positive experience with Deanna Cairo as my attorney. Was considering working with the insured’s adjustor at State Farm, but that would have been a mistake as the insurance company only wants to get something to use against you/​grind you down settlement-​wise, my experience and the advice given to me from GWC was top rate and added money to my settlement. Don’t take them. You will be sorry This firm is not all they say it is. In the beginning they were on hand for you. Then as the months went by you didn’t hear a thing from them. And trying to get them on the phone is a joke. By the time a year went by I heard from them only five times. Then my case was given by them to another firm to handle. Can you imagine! I am still waiting for any news on what the heck is going on

i wish i could put in less than 1 star but let me explain why i would go with another attorney i was offered 1000.00 $ from gieco and they explained that was all i called the gwc and went to there doctor and after waiting 10 months 45 days from the time i was expecting to be paid they explained the check had been shipped and they asked me if i had it i explained no and thought it was strange and went back to waiting i called back after rethinking this and the attorney stated it was an oversight and be patient i thought it seemed unprofessional on there part i never heard of an attorney losing a check i’m just blown away by that and not saying anything about it makes me feel like they tried to sweep it under the rug like what ever
