Global Shoe & Leather Repair

I brought a pair of shoes in to have the heels fixed in late October, my first time here. The gentleman was nice and said he could fix also the pair of shoes I had on. He was a little too nice, in a flirty way, but oh well. I got my $ 500 suede boots back with the heels replaced, but the suede he had polished was all dried out now. They were better before I brought them in. Lesson learned I figured, but then the heel fell off after only wearing them 3 times. I brought them back to be corrected. They fixed them but didn’t call and now they say they are charging me $ 10 after I explained to them what happened. They said «I don’t know what you did in them.» I was in FLA for a month; didn’t need suede boots my friends. And what could I be doing in my boots? Anyway, I told the guy I would pay his $ 10 but I would never be back and that it was bad business. He said «it’s not my fault, I don’t work here.» Let me get this straight, you’re here working the cash register with no one else here, but you don’t work here? Anyway, I don’t recommend this place. Too bad.

Same day service! This place is amazing. I had a pair of black leather boots with a heel that was completely worn down. They built my heel up and resoled both of my shoes. Thank you!
