I have resided in many of the great neighborhoods of this city for over 15 years. Prior to my career in the Real Estate industry, I was an equities trader. During that time I also ran a market research facility for two years dealing with C-​level clients across various fields. I worked for over 6 years at the CME where I traded futures in the S&P 500 pit. In my younger years I worked at the prestigious Medinah Country Club as well as McDonald’s Corp. where I learned the importance of customer service and always striving to offer the best experience a client could imagine. Through these jobs and careers I have learned the importance of quality service and the researching of numbers and facts to get to the truth. I strongly believe that these traits have helped me grow my business and clientele and will continue to separate me from the other realtors in the future. Because at the end of the day it comes down to you the client and me finding the best price the market can offer.

I had contacted Glenn due to his success in selling several condos in our west loop/​south loop building. He was very professional and a great agent to have worked with. Glenn was able to put together a strategy on promoting our condo after our first meeting because he knew the area very well and what it took to sell in our area. He always made it clear that he was working for us and our interests and his excellent customer service showed that. He was able to break down offers/​mortgages and work with us make sure we got the best deal possible. In short, I would definitely recommend Glenn as great and reliable person and agent.

We sold our condo and bought a single family house with Glenn’s assistance. Bottom line: He provides lots of hands on attention and superior customer service.
As sellers, within two weeks we had a strong offer on our condo and closed at a price we honestly didn’t think was going to be possible.
As purchasers, Glenn was able to show us the type of house we were looking for in the neighborhood we wanted at the price we desired. The closing on that property couldn’t have been smoother.

Within a week and a half of listing, we got 3 offers and wound up selling our condo for $ 10k more than any other unit in the building since the housing crisis. Glenn was strategic and ambitious in marketing our home which helped to generate a lot of interest. But what really makes him a great agent is that he is reliable. That was especially important to us because we had to move across the country before the house even went on the market. Although we were remote, we could always count on Glenn to keep us informed, answer our inquiries, look out for the homestead, and handle any unexpected situations which our best interests in mind. And if your agent isn’t attentive to you, how attentive can you trust them to be with your listing or potential buyers?

Glenn is an extraordinary realtor — the best we have ever worked with. We were moving from Ohio to Chicago, and Glenn was amazingly helpful to us in finding a place to rent. He started by giving us a tour of different neighborhoods in the city, helped us to identify several possible rental units in different areas, and generously spent time with us driving us around to visit a number of different places. He had a lot of very helpful advice on best places to live and things to look for in both apartments and neighborhoods. Glenn was also amazingly responsive to us. He seemed to drop everything to check on apartments that we spotted online and sent him emails about. He even visited the apartment we ended up renting and sent us a 15-​minute video that he shot so that we could get a sense of the apartment after we returned to Ohio. He handled all the negotiations with the apartment owner, getting us a monthly rate, including parking, that we are very happy with. He has sent us regular emails to keep us informed and to make us feel welcome. Glenn is friendly, highly professional, well-​informed about Chicago neighborhoods, and very effective at negotiating on behalf of his clients. Working with Glenn has been a tremendous gift and has made our move a lot easier.

I was in the tough spot of finding an apartment from accross the country. I’m so happy I reached out to Glenn as part of my search. He took the time to understand me, what I was looking for, and where I’d be happiest. Before I got to Chicago he went through options and even did some video taped walk throughs to show me places. He was honest and open through the whole process and had my best interests in mind.
I reached out to a few other agencies as well but they all treated me like more of a business transaction trying to clear stale inventory. Glenn was more involved and may more responsive. After being put in an unfortunate situation from a different agency and needing to find a rental unit to move into in a week’s timeframe, Glenn was a lifesaver. He was on top of setting up appointments to view the units and getting ahold of listing agents to speed the process along. I wouldn’t go through any other agent and plan on using him in the future for actually purchasing a place.
