Columbus Park Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a 216-​bed facility offering the highest quality care in a very supportive and nurturing surrounding.

Columbus Park Nursing and Rehabilitation Center works with many of the area hospitals to provide a continuum of care for our residents and the greater community. Our special services include, but are not limited to physical, occupational, speech and hearing therapies. We provide respite programs, infusion therapy, Hospice Care, Alzheimer’s Care, and nursing assistance.

History

Established in 1991.

Generations at Columbus Park has a rich history. It has been providing quality healthcare to the community for over 25 years. Columbus Park has built a solid foundation on the most important of principles in this industry — quality of care. It is this very foundation that generations of family members have counted on and trusts.

In 2013, the community (Columbus Park Nursing and Rehabilitation Center) entered a new chapter in its history with renovations and revamping their programs to meet the needs of the changing healthcare population. Programs were established to provide care to more medically complex residents and those with short term rehabilitation needs. Tools, resources and staff were brought together and the vision to make Columbus Park, a home for many, even better.

Finally, in 2016, the community rebranded as part of the Generations Healthcare Network family.
