History
Established in 1972.
We have been in the Jefferson Park and now Gladstone Park neighborhood since 1972, and always have been on Milwaukee Avenue (our current location for 12 years). It is exciting to see Parents and Grand Parents bringing their children or Grandchildren to us for lessons, meaning they had a positive experience. We have classes for children, teens and adults. We recently added a seniors class as well. We also have added Aerobic Kickboxing classes for adults. Often people call asking what «style» of martial arts do we teach? The answer is really not difficult to answer since we teach a martial art class that is geared to the various age groups. The answer also being Karate, a Japanese system, We offer anyone a free class or session or two to see if this type of program is suited for their child or themselves.

I am of the training Directors for the Illinois State Crime Commission and one of the Board of Directors for the Gladstone Park Chamber of Commerce. I host one of the longest and largest martial art tournaments in the area where people come to compete from the US and abroad.
