History

Established in 1988.

Dr. Walls has been in the private practice of psychotherapy for more than 25 years. He has taught clinical students at the doctoral level, and published widely on the topic of theory of psychotherapy technique. Dr. Walls has helped people with depression, anxiety, intimacy problems and childhood sexual trauma, among other emotional and relationship difficulties. He received postdoctoral training at the Northwestern Medical School Outpatient Psychotherapy Fellowship, and at the Chicago Center for Psychoanalysis. He first studied Psychology and Social Relations at Harvard University.
