The best Gamestop you’ll find here in Chicago. Ness was one of the best employees I have seen in a retail store very funny, has knowledge about the games he is selling and provides a lot for those who don’t. All and all amazing store if you ever go to a Gamestop and can to this one you should, ¹⁰⁄₁₀ would recommend.

John P. is the man. We went in to pick up DS games for one of the kids, ended up getting 3 DS games and 3 Xbox games during their Buy 2 get one free sale. Busy day and just listening him tend to customers with their questions was impressive. He was kind, attentive and very knowledgable and honest in his answers. Great customer service. You can tell he’s not there to just make a buck. He likes his job and gaming! We will be back for sure for out gaming needs. He was patient about our questions and gave great suggestions. Seriously, cool dude.

Stopped in yesterday to sell my old Xbox and Teresa was awesome helping me out. She was very nice and really quick checking everything out to make sure it all worked. I will definitely come back here

GameStop is known for its crap service but if there’s one location to recommend it’s this one, nothing but the best service. And the employees here take their time to at least remember regular faces

I’ve never had such a disappointing experience in my entire life. We called 7 different times to reserve a game that the other gamestops didn’t have (but were nice enough to look the stock availability in this one for) and NO ONE answered the phone. Seven times! We had to call a DIFFERENT GameStop to ask if this one was even open! Long story short, we decide to go into the store and get the game, only to see the customer in front of us holding the ONLY COPY. Needless to say we were absolutely fuming. Had this store simply picked up their phone one time, we would have had the game. They weren’t even busy! Such a horrible disappointment. I plan to tell all my gamer friends about this particular store and surely will not go back myself. We ended up going to a different game stop to get a different version of that game, and the employees there even said themselves how much they hate this store.

The staff at this gamestop makes it my favorite of the chain’s locations. They are very helpful and hilarious. Free parking lot and next to food is also a plus!

Not abrasive, with a know-​it-​all, elite-​ist demeanor like some come off as.
I was there standing in the rain for the recent Modern Warfare 3 midnight
drop. Staff was upbeat and seemed just as psyched as their patrons.
They even tried to hype everyone up further and boost morale as the rain
ensued. Everything ended up well orchestrated and orderly.
Not a hitch to be mentioned other than mother nature’s contribution.
Obviously, I loved the way they handled this one and this location
will definitely be my go-​to for future game drops.

Don’t you love the smell and look of a new store. Displays and shelves are all in neat order. Used games, don’t look all that used. Everything is right there, ready to be found. Walked in today, found five games I wanted right away. But, they’re still new games, too pricey. Tested a few used games in the store, walked out with two used games. Two associates manning the store, very helpful and offered me some additional info on which stores I could go to, to find the other games I was looking for.
