Future Media Concepts is a software application training facility. We teach Adobe, Apple, Avid and Autodesk software applications and we offer exams for certification. Classes vary in size from one-​on-​one instruction up to 8 students in a class and classes are between 2 to 5 days long. We also offer convenient online class options and custom scheduling with on-​site training available. All of our instructors are certified and evaluated on a regular basis to provide superior training for individuals or companies. Our facility is located across from the magnificent Art Institute and has all the latest technology features to aid in your career enhancement. History

Established in 2007.

In 1994, Jeff Rothberg and Ben Kozuch launched Future Media Concepts as the world’s first Avid Authorized Training Center. Over the years, FMC expanded its curriculum to become the nation’s premier digital media training center representing the leading software manufacturers, including Adobe, Apple, Autodesk, Avid, Boris FX, Digidesign, NewTek and Softimage.

Additionally, on-​site training is now offered worldwide. The training centers offer a regular open schedule on all software for production, post-​production, motion graphics, web design and development, DVD authoring, 3D animation, desktop publishing, architectural and mechanical design and Mac IT.

Beyond the branch offices, FMC is a leading producer of educational conferences for the film, television, video and web industries. The company produces numerous major events around the world, most notable, the educational conferences at the annual NAB convention in Las Vegas.

Meet the Business Owner

Jeff R.

Business Owner

Jeff Rothberg holds a BSC degree in Communications from Ohio University and is a 30 year veteran of the TV, film and video industries. He began his career working with the leading advertising agency of Kenyon and Eckhardt as Account Supervisor, managing such accounts as Quaker State, Pabst and Lincoln Mercury. He then joined forces with LRP Video, a leading 10,000 square foot post-​production facility.

Prior to FMC, Ben Kozuch was President and Founder of Multimedia Productions, Inc., a video production company that specialized in producing video and audio training materials for universities and corporate trainers.

Mr. Kozuch had served in the Israeli Air Force as fighter pilot and was discharged with honors at the rank of Captain. Mr. Kozuch holds a B.A. in Engineering from Tel Aviv University, he is a graduate of the Air Force Academy and he holds an M.B.A. in International Business from the European School of Management in Paris.
