Established in 2011.
Antonio Favaro has over 20 years of experience in the European hair and fashion industry. With this experience and a penchant for high quality, he has launched Fuga Salon & Spa — a truly Italian Escape. He came to the United States 10 years ago with the intention of opening a place unlike any other, where people could experience a piece of Italy — without ever leaving Chicago.

Business Owner
Antonio Favaro was born in Palermo, Italy. He started doing hair when he was 11 years old in his uncle’s salon. He trained throughout Europe before becoming the Creative Director for one of the biggest names in the hair industry by 20 years of age. His partnerships from Italy continue to this day, as he has been presenting and teaching collections bi-annually for the past 6 years to his Fuga team, and now has become a part of the Davines (a premier professional hair product manufacturer) team to teach and inspire stylists across the US.
Antonio’s passion is the heartbeat of Fuga. His vision and creativity are evident in the design of both locations, which he orchestrated himself. He is a born educator which is the future of Fuga’s success. He also has a uniquely savvy business sense for a salon owner.
