Freshen Up Laundromat

Frighteningly dingy, dirty broken down dump. The staff is no different. For a place that has the appearance of being on its last legs, you think they might like having a customer. I lugged my laundry in & wound up lugging it back out. So unbelievably rude. Thankfully I found the folks at speed laundry on damen– friendly and helpful here.

This is a terrible laundromat. I can’t speak to the laundry service, but as far as coming in to do your own laundry — HORRIBLE! Aside from general rudeness in the form of staring and inspection of what I was washing, this establishment is dark, dingy, and many machines are out of order. What sent me over the top is that the Hours of Operation sign says that they close at 6:00 on Sundays. I walked up to the door at 5:00 and they had the Closed sign hanging up and a cart in front of the door to deter people from entering. I went in anyway and asked an older female employee what time they close. «6:00». I had time to do one load, so I did. At 5:50 she came up to me, shoved a cart against me several times while saying «you have to leave now! You’ve had all day to do your laundry!». I was so shocked I just looked at her. For one, I planned to be out of there at 6:00 (closing time). Two, who does she think she is judging how I spent my time on Sunday. Three, she kicked me out before closing time! The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! I’ll definitely go somewhere else from now on, even if it’s less convenient to get to. Shame on her, and what a fool.

Great service, I own a business and they do all my pick-​up and drop off and the prices are untouchable. I just love this cute couple and they just go over the top for me, pressed, folded with care and always friendly. I give them my tough vintage items and they come back perfect and the dry cleaning care is the best in town.
Don’t listen to this first review, this older couple do an amazing job of giving you a cheap and cute place to Freshen Up.
