I have been with this State Farm office for over 15 years dating back to when Herb Veith was the agent. Freddie Villacci has been an excellent agent since taking over. His staff is very friendly and knowledgable. Especially the office manager Elba. I have recommended my family and coworkers to her and they have all had great experiences. My parents love that Elba speaks Spanish since they have a hard time communicating in English. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone.

Fast and efficient customer service and a team that always seems to remember who I am. Somehow they make the dreadful situation of, well, the whole insurance thing seem not so bad. Mostly because they’re prices are decent and they’ve fixed any problems I’ve ever had. I’ve been with several other insurances including Progressive and I’m so happy I made the switch and it seems like I chose the right agent as well.

Now a week later no call from FREDDIE now the manager is not doing her job. Thanks Alba. Now I see why the workers don’t have to do their jobs and can careless no one’s leading by example… People if you are looking to be with State Farm just don’t go with this one. there are so many on Irving Park this one is the worst one. all the others never had a problem. Horrible just horrible

State Farm has been very good for us. We get a discount for my son who is in collage for good grades. When I call they answer my questions and they are nice, I told a few friends to call them, they are now with stat farm. Good rates good company. They have been around for years and friendly employes.

I’ve been fortunate enough to have been with Freddie Villacci jr.‘s State Farm insur. Agency since they took over this agency a number of years ago. It has been a pleasure to continue on working with the existing staff that I knew, as well as getting to know the new staff as they have become a part of this agency. They take your business very seriously and are very much a neighborhood type business, with neighborhood attitudes and caring for the individual policy holders, so as to make any interaction a pleasant and uneventful one. They stay on top of everything so as to make sure that you don’t miss payments or ways to improve your policies, and they always contact you and work with you in a very understanding and caring way.

I’ve been a client at this location for about a year, and so far so good. I have several policies with StateFarm as well as bank accounts and thanks to Freddie’s office, I didn’t leave the company after a horrible experience with my last StateFarm agent. I always get a speedy reply via email or phone, and I was very impressed that they were honest about one of my policies being higher than what I actually needed, saves me $ 15 a month to decrease my coverage. Don’t plan to switch agents unless I move out of state.

Freddie’s office was great. His team is super friendly and top notch, they know their stuff. They saved me money and made it fast and easy. I felt like they were trying to save me money, but also made sure I had the protection that was right for me. They definately listened to my situation.
