Forever Yogurt

The place filthy inside. The toppings were all over the trays and floor. Half of the yogurt machines were not working and the other half were coming out melted. Every yogurt machine tray was filled with melted yogurt, and when you went to dispense any it would spill out of the top of the handle getting your hand all messy. More than likely it is because the attendant was on her cell phone throughout the entire visit. She didn’t even hang up when we were paying.

Visited for the first time tonight and had the tiramisu, cookie and cream, and the original tart.
Let me put it out there that I’ve had frozen yogurt at other FY locations before, not a froyo by any means.
With that said, their froyo tasted like half ice slush and full disappointment. Especially the tart flavor, tasted like real spoil dairy. I get that yogurt traditionally has live cultures. Let me say my cup of as live alright.
Went up to the counter and spoke with the guy named «L.P.» Never had such customer service anywhere. With an attitude, he said that’s not their first time having that complaint and it could be a Batch issue… I kindly asked for my receipt just in case.
If you want bad froyo served with a bad attitude, this is the place to be.
Won’t be returning here. I guess the poor quality froyo is enough to fool the college population in the area.

i may be spoiled by the yogurtland back in california, where i always pay only $ 3 for a regular normal size cup. i paid over $ 6 here for the same thing!!! and the yogurt here are way too soft, (like liquid)… too expensive for a watery yogurt!!! but the plus is they have many choices of nuts.

This is a great frozen yogurt place in the UIC/​tri taylor area. It is right next to the 7 eleven. For comparison, I would say this is like pinkberry, and it is better than Red Mango.
There are about ten different flavors and each one is unique. For example there is red velvet, tart, salted caramel, milk chocolate, strawberry, coconut.
The cups come in three different sizes, and you can fill it up. The price depend on how much your cup weighs. I like that the topping come in self service containers like in the candy store Dylan’s Candy Bar. The toppings are diverse like the frozen yogurt flavors. There are peanut butter chips, dark chocolate chucks, oreo pieces, sprinkles among other things.
At the front of the store there are even more toppings. You can add things like cheesecake bites, truffles, or reeses peanut butter cups.
The three of us filled up our cups and the total was about 16 dollars. So each cup was about 5 dollars a person. However, I think they have a groupon, and that is a way to come here and save some money.
I recommend this place! It is one of the best frozen yogurt places I have been to!

It really breaks my heart to give this one such a low review because I LOVE me some Forever Yogurt however this place is my least favorite. The froyo machines are never at full capacity and they are always a person short. The toppings are however always fresh… Unless you want some hot fudge or Ghirardelli White Chocolate, in which case you get a spoon to scoop the awkwardly shaped substance. Eeeekk.

Forever Yogurt is great. It’s one of the best places to get yogurt in Chicago. All their flavors are really good.

I understand that people like free samples when walking in, and lots of times that employees don’t mind handing out sample cups to customers. I, however, tend to go straight to the machines and just dispense whatever I feel like at that moment. In other words, I’m pretty adventurous when it comes to froyo if you haven’t figured that out.
I usually like the fruity flavors, so I chose the honey green tea and mango, with raspberries, pineapples, and mochi (never finishing my froyo without mochi… my rule of thumb)!
I’m assuming the honey green tea flavor is seasonal, but I liked it a lot and hope they will have it constantly from now on.
We used the $ 10 groupon deal, so we only paid a little more than $ 2 since I have already purchased the groupon for $ 6. By the way, they charge $ 0.49/ounce, which is believed to be the standard rate in many of the Forever Yogurt locations in the city of Chicago.
This location is more spacious than the one near the CTA Belmont Red/​Brown/​Purple Line station. There are two (2) floors with a plenty of seating.
Froyo is one of my favorite things to eat, so you will definitely see me at one of the froyo places in town.

Everything is very clean and generally works properly. The yogurt is delicious and I’ve always had a welcoming experience with the staff! Great for any age ranging from gummy worms and cereals for kids (or adults) to fruit and chocolate goods, all around great!

Thank god this place has opened up in Little Italy. HONESTLY, little Italy has nothing going for it. I have lived here for four years and once I move out, I dont think Ill ever be back. haha. Frozen yogurt is a great addition to the plenty of thai, indian, food chains and crappy sushi joints. Little Italy doesnt even have any more than 3 authentic italian joints. Anyway, enough hating on little Italy, i just… hate it.
Forever yogurt has a great selection. They are always switching up their flavors and I really enjoy the mixes they put up. Just ask for a sample cup and go to town. I am impressed with their plain yogurt flavor. It is very balance in sweetness and flavor. Not too overpowering. Good for a health nut, supposedly it only has like 110 calories in 52 grams. haha whatever that means.
Big rookie mistakes: do not over do the toppings. Do not mix more than three flavors. Do not smoke substances beforehand and think you are all of a sudden creative. youre not.
Did I mention, they have a punch card?! get it. :-)

Same concept as Red Mango — self-​serve yogurt and toppings by the ounce. It can be a bit pricey. I like that they have Cinnamon Toast Crunch — a college cafeteria favorite of mine!

A great spot to stop in when ur in the area. So yummy! The place is always clean and the employees are all super nice. My daughter loves coming here just because she gets to make her yogurt just the way she likes with all her favorite toppings!

Came in with an expired Groupon and had no problems. Loaded up with two cups of Forever Yogurt and walked away with my wife very happy. Location was clean and big and staff was friendly.

The store is SO CLEAN and the temperature is great. They have a huge variety of yogurt and toppings to choose from. The staff is friendly and are willing to explain how to make your creation if you have never been before.
The price is very reasonable, especially since you are in control of how much yogurt and toppings you get (it’s weighed by the ounce).
All the toppings look fresh, and they always replenish the toppings.
I would recommend for anyone looking to cool off with a sweet treat.

Awesome. I loveed this place. Yoghurt was delicious — Dutch Chocolate was soo yummy. You can mix any number of flavours — so I put half swirl of chocolate, reese peanut butter, cake batter, caramel popcorn and chocolate again. Then mixed it with vanilla wafers, brownie bites, cheesecake bites, reese peanut butter (crushed) and added in hot fudge, caramel sauce. It was delicious. You should go here. YUMMY. :)

If you mark less than five stars, you only have yourself to blame. Do not make the rookie mistake of putting too many random toppings on your froyo.
Seriously though this is a new location, very clean, very friendly, and lots fun especially for dates and/​or kids.
Upon arrival we were greeted enthusiastically and given sample cups without asking to try the various flavors of yogurt. I went with the mamas cake batter flavor and topped it off with sprinkles and reese’s cups. It was delicious.
If you are craving a cold sweet treat and your in Little Italy give it a try.

This place is wonderful. I probably come here to buy yogurt once a week.
The staff is very friendly and always give tasting cups — even though I’ve probably tasted 90% of the flavors by now.
The toppings are plentiful and always fresh.

Currently there is a 10% off deal if you post a message on twitter, or write a review for them. With or without this deal, I go to forever yogurt whenever I can because I absolutely love it so much. They have a room in the basement that they offer if you would like to have a party.
Favorite flavors: pomegranate, pistachio with sliced almonds on top, mango, euro tart with cinnamon or sea salt on top.

Great place like the other forever yogurts. I found the peanut butter cup and french toast flavored yogurts to be absolute gems. Not all the toppings here are to be scooped; they have some cereal style chambers where you can douse your yogurt in x topping which I thought was pretty cool. Additionally, the service here was friendly and I was offered sample cups immediately upon entering which was very nice.
I chose to get a tart fro yo with assorted fruits that all tasted pretty fresh. Had to take away a star though cause the kiwi I bit into had something ridiculously hard in it. The crunch from my teeth hurt a bit, but I can’t really blame it on poor cutting since I probably would’ve missed it if I were chopping fruits too. Actually, that isn’t saying much.

Not the best fro-​yo but very good. They have a good selection of yogurt and toppings, including hot caramel.
Try the cherry or French toast!
