Dr. Miranzadeh, an Academic Physician, is board-certified in Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine. He is the Medical Director to many institutions including Phoenix Medical Associates, a MediSpa for cosmetic procedures & Laser treatments, and an Occupational Health Center for work related injuries. He has been serving in many capacities including Teaching Medicine, Emergency room attending, Senior clinical attending, Community Health initiative Physician, ‘Ask a Pediatrician’ Health Forum Organizer, Nutritional Consultant for adolescents, Community Geriatric Lecturer, while continuing to provide health services to under privileged and under-served communities.
Dr. Miranzadeh is multilingual in English, French, and Spanish. He serves as Adjunct assistant professor of Clinical Family medicine at Midwestern University Medical School, as well as a Teaching Physician Preceptor for University of Illinois/Illinois Masonic Medical Center Family Medicine residency program.
He serves as the Vice Chair of the Department of Family Medicine, and the Chief of Osteopathic Medicine at Illinois Masonic Hospital. Dr. Miranzadeh has conducted medical book reviews, and has conducted much research including a compilation for American Board of Osteopathic Family Physicians.

We have been serving the Chicago area residents since our inception in 2000. Our practice continues to provide care to children and adults from 0 to 100 years old.

Medicine. He has served in many capacities including Emergency room
attending, Senior clinical attending, Neighborhood Health initiative provider, «Ask a Pediatrician» information campagn provider, Nutritional Consultant for adolescents and delivering health services to under
privileged and under-served communities. Dr. Miranzadeh is multilingual in English, French,
and Spanish, with minor knowledge of Italian. He is on faculty for Clinical Family medicine at Midwestern University Medical School, and he is a Supervising Physician
for University of Illinois/Illinois Masonic Medical Center Family Medicine residency program.
He serves as the Vice Chair of the Department of Family Medicine, and he is the Section
Chief of Osteopathic Medicine at Illinois Masonic Hospital.
