Went to Fizz based on online recommendations and reviews on car modification forums to have my fenders rolled so that I could fit some Rays wheels on my car that I had shipped from Japan. In addition, asked them to mount one tire to one wheel, (had the other three mounted elsewhere earlier).
The fender rolling was done fine, but I could not believe that they had mounted the tire on the wheel wrong. The summer tire had clear print showing outside and inside side wall, and they had it flipped. I brought the wheel and tire back for remounting and was told that I would have to leave it overnight. Seriously?! I chose not to leave it as I was starting to lose trust in the shop.
I then came back the following day. This time I was told I would need to leave it for several hours. Again, seriously?! So, I decided to leave the wheel and tire as I did not want to come back yet another day. I returned to pick up the wheel and tire 4 and a half hours later and as I asked whether my tire was ready, I could hear people scurrying to get the wheel and tire into my seasonal tire tote, (the sound of the Velcro is easy to recognize).
When my wheel and tire was finally rolled out after 5 minutes of waiting, instead of carried as is the point of the tire tote, the tire tote was completely covered in dirt and grease and the wheel felt was ripped off. Keep in mind the tire tote and wheel felt are brand new as I had just purchased them new two weeks or so ago. As I started to inspect the wheel and tire, I saw the clips for mounting the wheel felt to the tote were ripped off and missing, the wheel felt was ripped, the inside of my wheel was scratched up all over, and there were scratches on the face of my wheel.
As I pointed these issues out, the response of Fizz was that they had already done me a favor by remounting my tire. When I asked how could it possibly be a favor if they had mounted the tire wrong to begin with. They then proceeded to blame me for the damage on my wheel and wheel felt. To which my response was, I have pictures of the wheel before I dropped it off. Which I do on my phone with date and time stamp. The response from Fizz was complete refusal to look at the pictures, further denial, and proceeding to call me a liar.
I have owned a Consulting Business for 15+ years and deal with customers and other businesses on a daily basis. This, by far, has been the worse customer experience I have ever dealt with.
My recommendation is to stay away.

I had an elantra 2013 rear bumper replaced

I dropped off my 4Runner and a lift kit one evening and picked it up the following evening. Mihael did a phenomenal job, and Ming and Benny were great to work with… very friendly, very professional. Benny said that rust could delay the process if it froze up some nuts and bolts, so he agreed on a flat rate up front so that I didn’t rack up a huge hourly labor bill. That said, the hourly rate was extremely reasonable.
