Fit 4 Life

Okay. Here we go. Life was getting a little stressful a few months ago and I wasn’t eating right, execising or really doing much other than exisiting. My friends tried to convince me that working out was just the medicine I needed. «But I can’t afford a personal trainer and I don’t have the time right now» I protested. Oh how wrong I was.
A friend turned me on to Will Hall and after the first meeting, here’s what I took away: That he is interested in your overall health and well being, not just your physical appearence. That he is not judgemental. That he doesn’t preach about lifestyle choices/​dietary consumption. That he is a motivator in a gentle, not in-​your– face way. That he is patient. That he is is kind and understanding. Just what the doctor ordered.
I have been going to Will for a few months now and can’t believe the difference both physically and mentally. I feel better, I have more energy and I am truly motivated to keep working towards what is now an attainable goal. I have muscles where I had none before. I fit into my favorite jeans I thought were destined for donation. I am sleeping better and I feel physically stronger.
Will has an incredible knowledge of the human body and its functions. I belonged to East Bank for many years wish I had met Will before I spent all that money on nothing but niceness. His rates are super affordable, some plans are as low as $ 35 a session and he will travel to you if you can’t make it to him. I have been the client from hell in that I’ve had to cancel on occaision and he has been very accommodating. I use the facilities at Symmetry on Ontario with him but Will is willing to come to the gym at my building and set up a program for my non-​gym days. I cannot emphazie enough his gentle way of getting me to do crazy things I did not think I could physically do without being sadistic or mean. Or laughing.
