First Class Limousine

I used First Class at the beginning of this year and could not believe how awful my experience was. First of all, I scheduled my ride very much ahead of time. I even called the day of to confirm! Seeing as though the cab was just for me, someone decided it wasn’t important to tell me that the cab was going to be almost TWO HOURS late. Keep in mind that I was scheduled to be dropped off at O’hare. My trip was to London and if I had been a couple minutes later, I would have missed it. In the midst of figuring out what the heck was going on/​why I was still wasn’t being picked up, I was placed on hold for over 30 minutes. I was eventually told to get a cab… when it was already a Friday night… then I was called back and told never mind and that someone would be there soon. When I was finally picked up, the driver had to drive like we were being chased by the cops.
This was one of the most stressful experiences of my life. Granted, the owner did offer me ‘a free ride’…but if I ever claim that, will I have to make sure to tell them 3 o’ clock, so they at least show up at 5?
Do not advise if you’re traveling alone. or are younger. Your business isn’t too important to them.

I arrange transportation for clients and sometimes coworkers through First Class. They have provided excellent service every time I have worked with them. I had this client coming fairly often over the past maybe 6 months or so. All I had to do was call First Class and give them my client’s name and they already had his flight info since it’s the same whenever he flies to Chicago. They also always remember who I am.
About a month or so ago, we had a huge meeting at our office that coincided with terrible weather. If you live in Chicago, you know that getting a taxi can be nearly impossible to find when the weather is rainy/​snowy/​etc. First Class helped out a ton by getting our client to the airport in time so they didn’t miss their flight. I called them and go «I need a car now, can you do it??» And sure enough they sent a car very quickly.
Anytime I’ve arranged transportation for a coworker, they’ve said that the service was wonderful. The cars always show up shiny and clean, I swear they must wash them everyday. Anyway, I could go on and on with examples of how great First Class has been. I’m glad I found them, they are always the first company I call for car service.

I was looking for a party bus in Chicago that was available for a charter for my birthday and I was very happy with my choice in First Class Limo. The driver was promptly on time in a Mercedes Benz party bus which had music videos playing on a big screen with a great sound system. The bus was very clean and all of my friends were impressed by the service of the driver. I truly felt like a hip hop mogul. I will definitely use them for limo service in the future.

I travel for business fairly frequently and have used FCL on several occasions, particularly when I have to travel between ORD and MDW (and vice versa).
In my experiences they have always been on time, the cars have always been clean, presentable and spacious and the drivers have always been courteous and helpful.
Whenever I have the chance to book ahead I prefer this service over a standard taxi cab every time.
