Richard Fenbert founded Fenbert & Associates, LLC, after practicing at a nationally recognized criminal defense, DUI defense, and civil litigation trial firm.
Richard has represented celebrities, professional athletes, physicians, and business people. Richard is 100% dedicated to clients and getting the best results. He has appeared on local radio stations, interviewed by statewide newspapers, and regularly lectures on DUI Defense.
Richard opened Fenbert & Associates, LLC, with the goal of putting clients first. We meet clients at any place or time that is convenient for them. We provide them with our direct cell numbers so they can call us at any time of day or night. We also offer a fair and reasonable fee agreement for all of our clients.

Richard is the founding member of Fenbert & Associates, LLC. Richard has represented celebrities, physicians, and athletes. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Cuyahoga County Criminal Defense Lawyer’s Association, lectures on DUI/DWI/OVI, and is a frequent guest on Cleveland Radio W.E.R.E. Legal Lines.
Richard represents individuals. His clients are workers, parents, and students who come to us because they need help overcoming a personal injury or a criminal arrest. He provides dedicated representation through one on one communication, hard work and zealous advocacy.
