To bad there is no negative stars. I have to say this is bad experience! My mother is 70 years old and Marcelo (Manager/​Owner of EXPRESS FURNITURE on Milwaukee, Chicago was extremely rude and condensing when my mother called to inquire about her delivery that was 3 hours late, giving that the store is «1 mile away» this company not only sell cheap overly price items. They have NO consideration for there customers. They could have called her letting her know that her delivery was delayed. I (her daughter had to call twice. Marcelo, waved off my inquiries by telling me that the driver would be there in ten minutes. I explained that my mother had a doctor’s appointment append we couldn’t wait anymore, we already waited 3 Hrs. He yell at me said what’s 10 more minutes. .Really??? I ended the call by telling them to come back tomorrow…

Awesome service just sums up this place. I purchased a new condo and needed all new furniture for the place. I went to this store and Marcelo was informative and really took the time to show many different types of pieces that I told him I needed for my new home. The quality of furniture that you get is great and the pricing is very reasonable. I am sure that I will have his furniture for a very long time. Also, one of my main concerns was delivery. He set that all up for me with ease and I was surpriced how little it cost. The delivery guys were great and placed everything where I wanted it. I will definitely come back to this store anytime I need new furniture!

They don’t have to many of these anymore. A true mom and pop shop. I was visiting Chicago for the holidays and went to help a friend to get a dining room table to sit more people. It was pushing it close, but a guy name Marcelo actually cared about our situation and called the manufacturer himself so he could have it picked up and delivered by that same weekend. Not the red tape you have to deal when dealing with larger department stores where you are just another number.
