When Tracy Wright, a successful Real Estate Broker in Illinois began to see the real estate market take a nose dive, she decided to come up with a plan B. While viewing an episode of «The Big Idea» show featuring two brothers who were successful entrepreneurs in the apparel industry, she decided to start her very own T-​Shirt Company in 2006. Executees was born, which highlights a professional, and high class line of tees. She focused on a niche of t-​shirt items made with Genuine Swarovski Crystal Elements. The Custom element of their tees makes the possibilities of designs endless, which make Executees a stand out company.
