Exceptional Building Services, Inc. was established in 2000 for the purpose of financing the owners college education. Since then the company has grown to be a Professional Full Service Janitorial Company.

Natasha ‘ R.

Business Owner

Natasha is an owner an Operations Manager of Exceptional Building Services, Inc. Natasha was born and raised in Chicago and currently resides in the North Kenwood area. Natasha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance and a MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management. Before owning her own business Natasha worked for several janitorial companies and recognized the need for a company that not only promised quality services but actually delivered them and continued to deliver the entire length of the contract. Natasha follows the motto «where quality services are guaranteed… not promised» and because of this has built long term relationships with her customers and had the opportunity to provide services since 2000.
