Never in a million years would you look at this place and think «I bet they’ve got delicious gyros there.» Well they do.
It’s a little NYC style bodega with your standard drinks, snacks, cigarettes, and other random stuff, but in back there’s a grill with a really wide range on the menu. Burgers, burritos, and all sorts of other comfort food, but the shining star as mentioned by the sign out front is their gyro.
It comes loaded with lamb then topped with onions tomato and tsatziki sauce. A pretty large portion for only six bucks to boot.
Definitely didn’t expect to come across this place nor was I really hungry, but I’m totally glad I cleared some room to give it a shot.
