I had a guy come out a week before Christmas when my heat went out. He got me back on and said that this was an old unit (a boiler that was 10 years old) that definitely needs to be replaced. He said he was concerned of the safety of the unit and showed me some black looking sut on my outside vent. He left and said he would send a quote over for a new furnace. The next day my heat went out again and the same tech who I tipped very well and came back and installed a $ 200 part and got me going. I paid the guy and tipped him well again and then my estimate appeared for a new furnace. $ 7000.00 dollars. I called a friend of mine and he came over said he needed to order a part that was $ 300 and that this boiler should last another 20 years. He also said that Emmanuel Brothers tried fucking me by scaring me before the holidays. I was taken back and got pretty hot that these FUCKING SCUMBAGS tried to out one over on me. BE CAREFUL OF THESE CON ARTISTS THEY ARE SMOOTH AND APPEAR VERY POLITE AND GENUINE. BUT THEY PREY ON PEOPLE. DO NOT TRUST EMMANUEL BROTHERS. I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB WHICH WAS A HUGE WASTE OF MY TIME.

Last week they installed a new boiler and utility sink in my home. They were an excellent experience for me. Why? Let me tell you… number one, for someone who’s a stickler about being on time, they gave me the times they would be there or a window of time and they not only showed up but they were on time each time! That is pretty rare in my experience these days. Number two, they return calls. Number three, they promptly notify you of any issues and explain them to you in a clear manner. Number four, they are polite. Yes, that’s correct… polite. Number five, as you would hope in dealing with any professional, they really know their stuff. I highly recommend them and will use them again when I replace my air conditioning system next year.

I have called them 3 times to have them come over and give me an estimate for a job, every time they say yes and that they will either call me back to set up an appointment or something in that line.
Well it’s been 4 months now, I have moved on and went to another repair company, however I am still waiting for the call back…
If you are too busy just say so, if you are too lazy then why even work? and if you are overwhelmed then hire a secretary or another repairman!

We’ve used Emanual Brothers for years, but they outdid themselves last week during the heat spike. We own WineStyles on Belmont Avenue and could not allow the wine to be sitting in the heat long while our A/​C was not working. Tom came right over and found that our outside unit just needed to be cleaned of debris. He also suggested we clean it once a month during the summer to keep it functioning well and prolong the life of the compressor. You just don’t see that type of service any more. Many thanks to Tom and the Emanual Brother’s team for saving our wine supply!

We have had Tom and Sons as our heating and air guys for over 5 years now. I wouldn’t have it any other way. They are always responsive, knowledgeable and professionally courteous. They never try to sell us anything that we do not need and I can always trust them to give it to me straight. We have purchased several air units for various properties and I would do it all over again. It doesn’t get any better than these guys.

We used Emanual Brothers for a couple years for our AC/​Furnace maintenance. Very nice guys and very responsive. We switched, however, because despite multiple trips, replacing our starter, assuring us everything was fine, the heater would continually shut off. We finally got tired of it and switched companies and the problem was solved right away. Hopefully this was a fluke as they’re very nice people.

My air conditioner broke down and they were great about getting here fast. They were nice about answering all my questions to help educate me on what the potential problems could be and fixed it very quickly and reasonably. One week later when a different problem came about, they came back within 24 hours and fixed the problem without charging me for an additional visit!
