Got a Volvo there in September 2015, wanted something more reliable than my past cars so I spent a little more money than I normally do. So far it has needed a new damper motor, and just broke down again and I so far know that it needs atleast a new alternator. I am so disappointed to not even 6 months into having the car have so many problems with it already.

Danny sold me a car in June that had had a check engine light on. I brought it in 3 separate times to get that issue fixed, but they never resolved it, and told me it was «no big deal».
Apparently, it was a big deal. The car stopped in the middle of the street a few weeks ago, and I had it towed to Elite. One of the mechanics from Elite called me back and there told me I was driving it without oil, and that it would be a $ 3500+ repair, even thought I had gotten the oil changed 3 months prior. No oil light ever came on, and the check engine light had been on since I bought the car, so there was no warning. I tried to contact Danny multiple times in regards to this, but he never got back to me.
When I bought the car, Danny told me they weren’t some «fly by night» operation, and if anything went wrong, they would take care of it. Apparently, that isn’t true.
The cost of repairs are nearly as much as the value of the car, and I still have payments on it. Danny would not return my numerous phone calls, and kept avoiding me. After having the car in his shop for almost 2 weeks without a resolution, and numerous calls and emails from me that went ignored, I had to get it towed to another shop to get a second opinion.
This experience has set me back about $ 5000, and I’ll be taking this matter to court to try to get my money back.
I don’t recommend anyone buying a car from Elite. Based on my experience, they will not stand behind what they sell you, and will not give you any regard or service to issues that they have caused.

My husband and I bought a used car here 6 weeks ago. Max was charming and funny and did everything you’d expect a good car salesman to do. Negotiated just enough to make us feel like we got a deal and promise the car was all good BUT of course in the event of any problems, please come see him first and he’ll take care of it.
6 weeks later, the caliper seizes and both the caliper and rotors have to be replaced. Max wants nothing to do with us. He exchanges a number of unpleasant texts with my husband but will not answer phone calls.
I think back and realize I never received the car fax from him, my bad.
We took the car to our mechanic, the best, Norm, on Peterson and Lincoln.
As for Max, you get nothing but promises. Once you buy the car, expect nothing. He isn’t special. He’s just like any other car salesman trying to sell you a car. But to me, he is also a liar.

Dan is a very good mechanic, honest and very well priced.
I have an 77 corvette and he got my AC going and fixed my transmission when I broke the 5^th gear for very good price (he actually machined a new internal part that the transmission manufacturer does not sell parts for. Saved me thousands just with this)
This is almost a 1 man show. Although there is always other people there it seems like he is the only one that works on the cars. As a consequence he is very slow and he is always swamped with work.

I have an older BMW. This guy is very honest and will do his best to find alternatives to some repairs the are very costly if he can without compromising the work being done. He only charges $ 20 for oil changes and pretty much only works on foreign cars. Ask for Danny when you call to get in. He also has hooked me up since i have referred him some many customers.
