Took my vintage Technic SL1200MK2 which the on and off knob came off. Initially I was under the impression that whole on and off switch needed to be rebuilt. I took it to this place, after I deposited $ 30 after a week or so I received a call from Roman, sorry but these guys are rude, very rude. The caller informed me that the on and off switch needed to be repaired (rebuilt) well guess what??? They only glued on the on and off knob, thats it! So they charged me $ 60 to place glue on a plastic part and re-​glue it. I mean c’mon now, $ 60 freaking dollars for a $ 2.00 job sounds extremely rediculous to me… NEVER AGAIN! Please do yourself a favor. DO NOT COME HERE unless you are willing to get ROBBED!

I truly wish I could write a good review because it would mean I got what I paid for. However, after two 300+ mile round trips to this «authorized» McIntosh repair service and $ 350+ later, I still had to ship my MR80 back to McIntosh Labs to have it fixed properly. My tuner wasn’t holding a station and the touch pads were not working. After the first «fix» at EE, not only had the initial problem not been repaired but there were additional issues, including a broken and misaligned knob on the unit. After giving them a second chance at the urging of McIntosh, the unit still did not operate properly and they fixed the broken knob by moving to another position on the component and trying to fool me that they had repaired it. I agree with previous posters about the attitude of the owners and the poor condition of their shop. I cannot recommend this business in any way whatsoever.

TERRIBLE! Here’s what you need to know the owners name is Roman and his sons name is Roman. from the very get-​go they were both extraordinarily rude and indifferent!
You’ll never believe this, I paid $ 60 to have my stereo fixed. When I picked it up, it hadn’t been fixed I brought it back, they claimed this serial number didn’t match on the unit and that I was trying to bring in another unit to be repaired and refused to repair it. This all happened because I told Roman Junior he had a bad attitude which she most certainly did!
He didn’t like that so he wrote down the incorrect serial number which I never checked and they never fixed it and I’m out 60 bucks! You can’t make this stuff up! These guys act as if their KBG or something. Don’t ever go there that’s exactly what happened to me:(just terrible!

These guys repaired my 10 plus yr old Adcom receiver a month ago and so far, it operates flawlessly. I found them to be courteous and informative with a quick estimate and repair time. Good value for great service.

These guys ROCK! Have electronic issues? Bring them to Electronic Engineers! Fixed multiple things for me. Highly recommended!

Just took my fathers speakers here. While the owner seemed a little indifferent, he may have just been busy. He fixed them up very nice for a reasonable price and they sound excellent. Would highly recommend to anyone that wants it done right.

Roman and his staff are quick, friendly and professional. His repair work is great and at a fair price.
When I was in the high-​end AV business, I would send all repar work to Electronic Engineers. I’ve also happily used them for any repair work for over 10 years.
