Great place. As hectc as things were while i wad there, syff made certain that every customer (and potential customer) was greated and received attention. The arrangements, odd as it may sound, looked just like the ones on TV. Lol.

I contacted the manager of the store through Unilocal.She replied by stating she had no such order under my name. After giving her the correct name, she never did reply to my message. I followed up with messages twice and never received a response.

I am so satisfied with this locations great customer service. Even though their software was unable to recognize my coupon, the owner gave me the deal PLUS more than I had expected. My boyfriend received a beautiful and delicious arrangement. He sent me pictures when it arrived at his house but by the time I
came by the house, it was all gone. :) I’ll definitely order from here again!

Thanks to Manual who I believe is the manager of this location, I was able to surprise my mother in law with a beautiful bouquet of chocolate covered strawberries. Walked in a minute before closing and Manual was so kind to take my order. 10 minutes later. DONE! Great customer service, fruits were fresh and most important my mother n law loved it! Will deff refer this location and continue to shop from here.

This place is great! I saw some bad reviews about the other locations and went into this location for a special arrangement that I really wanted this location to do. They really went above and beyond and made a beautiful arrangement for me to hand deliver and gave me a nice Thank You card to include with my arrangement. I will definitely be going back!

I signed up with Unilocal just to write a review about Edible Arrangements (Southport location). The Southport location has the best customer service and I would proudly recommend this place to friends, family, and strangers. I bought an arrangement and the person behind the counter went above and beyond; he helped me pick out/​select the perfect arrangement, it was a quick turnaround, and made sure I made it home before it melted. With staff like that… they made a life long customer and I had to recommend this place to others.

While there are several locations in the city, I have ordered from this particular store many times. Why? Great customer service, timely delivery of orders, great looking and delicious tasting arrangements. Usually when I call, I’m never quite sure which arrangement I want to get. The staff works with me to find a great arrangement selection within my budget. I will continue to make this Edible Arrangements in Lakeview my «go to» location.

The owner saw my review on Unilocal and personally deliver what I ordered on Valentines day (refunded) plus another bouquet to my home.
