Usually it’s fine, but I went today and waiting at the counter for someone to come up. I ordered a black iced coffee 1 pump mocha at 4pm, i was charged full price instead of happy hour price my drink was wrong and I didn’t get my full change… I should have just thrown 4 dollars in the garbage. It would have saved a step.

The staff is amazing! They get you in and out fast (especially during the busy morning hours) and remember my order whenever I come in. Definitely the best workers out of every Dunkin’ in the city :)

I love Dunkin Donuts iced coffee, almost as much as Starbucks cold brew, but I enjoy their donuts. When you get them fresh, they’re amazing. I love the munchkins! The store is really clean, the staff is very friendly and it’s a great place to pull out your laptop and get some work done, while people watching.
I’ll definitely be back!

Every time I go to this place there’s only one worker working but that usually isn’t a problem seeing as it’s never busy. My problem is that they are always out of everything. I order three different things only to be told they are out and I leave. Don’t come here it’s a waste of time.

Very small. Small selection of bagels and latte flavors. Staff acts like your annoying them by telling them your order. Slow. They make a bagel quicker than a latte. Maybe cuz bagel not even hot.

There are no working hours posted on the door which is really annoying. I looked up there opening time online via the DD parent website and they are listed as a 5:00am open. This makes sense because they sell coffee and doughnuts which people have a tendency to eat in the morning before they go to work. I arrived at 5:15 am and the lights were off and the door was locked. I don’t understand why a coffee shop isn’t open when people typically buy coffee. This isn’t my first negative experience with this location. I frequent many Dunkin locations and am usually more than satisfied.

When this Dunkin first opened it was on point. Now it is the worst I have ever experienced. They are consistently out of everything. Today I ordered 3 different things and they were out of them all. I didn’t even order anything because they were just awful to deal with. The guy taking my order was so rude and just unapologetic. I immediately lose my appetite when I walk into this Dunkin. It’s terrible. I hope the manager sees this and makes a difference because the employees are ruining this location with the poor service.
