Dunkin’ Donuts

This DD location’s (By red line pedway) staff is the worst. Incompetent, unapologetic, and could care less. There is always a couple of lines of people in the morning; one to place orders and another to wait to be called on for order pick up. But you would think with the number of orders they get they would learn to call out the receipt number… but instead they call out ‘coffee’ or similar food order, and the result is a mad dash of hands from everyone claiming ‘their’ order. Which leaves people waiting the longest to wait even longer. To top it off, when you do finally get your order, it tends to be wrong. This morning was the last straw… I waited and waited and waited for a Med. Coffee with xtra cream & xtra sugar. I stood, waited and watched as they handed out iced coffees, latte’s, espressos, etc to people who placed their order well after me, until i finally had to speak out about getting my coffee… The young lady asked me what I ordered, I told her, she handed me the coffee and I went on my way. I get to the office, I sip my coffee… and it’s not what I ordered. I look at my receipt to get their phone number to call and complaine, and of course no phone number is listed on the receipt. Ask me if I’m surprised.

I go here for lunch almost everyday. The staff is friendly and they know my order by heart (ham, egg, and cheese on a croissant and sometmes an extra-​large coffee).
The environment is very clean and the wifi here is much faster than other places.
If you are a dunkin’ fan, get their app and enjoy free coffees and other perks. I have been telling everyone in the office about it and it is great to have free coffees awarded to you.

We don’t have these chains in California so I had to try it.
During the hours of 3−5pm they have 99 cent iced teas or iced coffees. Doesn’t matter what size.
So cheap! I’ll be back! So so so cheap!

This is the second time I come here and the afternoon shift is horrible they could never get the orders right and nothing is ever working. The manager was sitting there and took her a while to get up and give me a refund for product they could not serve. I will not be coming here again ever

I’m rating this based on what it really is and not comparing it to a bakery where the donuts are a gazillion times better. As far as the donuts go they seem to almost always be on the verge of being stale but not quite there. As far as the breakfast sandwiches go they don’t come close to comparing to even say a McDonald’s. Overall though if you’re in a huge time crunch and need some edible, although not necessarily great tasting food, stop in and they’ll get you on your way quickly and help fill that void in your stomach.

I normally wouldn’t bother writing a review for a chain coffee shop but this Dunkin Donuts deserves props for their efficiency and setup each morning. While Starbucks has a line 40 people deep Dunkin Donuts quickly and efficiency gets you in and out within minutes. I never waited longer than a min to place my order. I also love how they put the cream in my coffee for me so I don’t have to deal with it. Thanks :)

The employees at this dunkin donuts are super quick with their service. The line can get really long at this location at certain times but they always keep the line moving. The drinks are usually good, but sometimes they do mess them up and put too much sugar or cream in. The selection of donuts at this location seems smaller, but I’ve never seen them run out.

Yumm! I’m so sad there’s no dunkin donut in the Bay Area. They have coconut flavored coffee! And some other yummy sounding ones. I’m so stupid though I should’ve taken advantage of the coffee trip because I’ve converted to only black coffee so I got an iced coconut coffee, black. Normally ill get soy in it but they don’t have soy. So it’s basically black coffee with coconut low notes of flavor. It definitely would’ve been tastier if I got cream and sugar in it. And I didn’t get a donut… Hahaha. I got hash browns because im not big on donuts. I was wondering where the ketchup was but I thought its okay I can live without it. Then I took a bite and thought, oh I don’t even need ketchup with these! So good! Best tasting hash browns ever! I think there’s some herb seasoning in it but damn…
The next day I went to another location and I didn’t get a donut again… Haha! Smh. But I did get the Tuna melt on flat bread and it was so good! Big points on providing other types of breakfast sandwiches besides the typical sausage, eggs, ham, etc, etc… I absolutely do not enjoy those type of breakfast sandwiches and I feel like their menu put consideration for people like me :) but this other spot only put 3 hash browns in my lil Baggie! :/​ugh. Not cool. But it’s okay because my bf gave me more of his hahahaha.
Their brewed coffee is good. It’s bold but not bitter or too strong. Nor cal dunkin donut, where u at???

Compared to other Dunkin’ Donuts this place is just okay. I work in the building that this Dunkin’ Donuts is located so I’ve been here quite a few times. They often have long lines during the rush hours, but they seem to handle it pretty well. Why isn’t this place a 4 or 5 star? Well their doughnut selection is lacking compared to other Dunkin’ Donuts and their coffee drinks are WAY too inconsistent — sometimes it’s all milk, other times there’s barely a splash. No two drinks look the same.
It’s convenient for me though, so I’ll keep stopping in whenever it’s my turn to buy a box of doughnuts.

The ice cream never disappoints but the service isn’t that great. I always have the same server and she’s not friendly at all. More like she’s trying to get rid of you. She willingly gives you samples but is not knowledgeable about the flavors. I asked what a flavor was (assuming it was pistachio with almonds but there was no sign so i asked to make sure) and she wasn’t sure. She just said that it was ice cream with some kind of almond. lol not very helpful?
She also doesn’t speak english that well. It’s hard for me to understand her

Still very fast and efficient, but today, there was a bit of a tussle between employees on who would take my money. One employee rung me up with no problem, but it’s like nobody wanted to handle the actual exchange of cash for goods.
Anyway — will still come to the DD.

These need to come back to the west coast! My latte my awesome and super hot, blueberry muffin was moist and delicious. Very fast and friendly service even though it was the morning Chicago rush hour.

Hadn’t been here in years as I live out west now. But was surprised at the number of breakfast options. Very inexpensive and the coffee is great. I wasn’t a fan of their flavored coffees, too sweet, but overall the place is way better than I remember and worth checking out.

I don’t expect much from a Dunkin Donuts bagel– which is really not bad in a pinch– but it would be too much to ask them to spread the cream cheese on your bagel for you?

does anyone else get overwhelmed by the workers shouting to you across the room and demanding you know what you want before you’ve even thought about it?
i’m all for efficiency and fast service, but not when it stresses me out.

great coffee, but i must say. Compared to other Dunkins, their coffee is EXTREMELY HOT
They brew it nice and bold, very strong. Just beware that you will burn your tongue from initial taste. Request for a little ice with your cup of joe!!!

Anyone that knows me knows I go crazy for egg mcmuffins (w/​bacon instead of ham)…but mcdonald’s is evil in that they serve them until 10:30. Considering I always want them when I’m hungover, this just doesn’t fly.
Luckily, dunkin donuts is just down the street. I have definitely picked up a bacon, egg n cheese sandwich around 4pm. They get major props for serving breakfast all day.
But, their sandwiches don’t compare to McDonald’s. 3 stars for sandwiches, 5 stars for serving them past 10:30am.

I wish we have dunkin donuts in the west coast. The first time I saw dunkin donut is at the Buffalo, NY airport. There are a lot of ppl lining up for donuts and coffee. I was telling myself «HOW GOOD CAN IT BE??» I didn’t try it because I was thinking it is just a donut. When I came back to Calif, i was looking up dunkin donut’s website and the donuts looks really good.
I am glad that I went to Chicago and try the donuts. I love it. It is not too sweet and it tastes way better than the donuts that u buy from the donuts store here.

In San Diego, you can be damn sure there’s a Starbucks on almost every corner. I’ve never encountered such a phenomena elsewhere until I touched base in Chicago. However, instead of the corporate monopoly being in Starbucks’ favor, it was Dunkin’ Donuts that held the ever-​pervasive position as purveyor of coffee and artery-​choking breakfast food.
A simple mention or passing remark of Dunkin’ Donuts is likely to induce within the average Chicago local an orgasm of the oral cavity. For sure, Dunkin Donuts has captured the hearts, minds and unprecedented amounts of discretionary income of many a Chicagoan.
In light of this, I cannot imagine Dunkin Donuts’ success being credited to anything other than a severely delusional, sugar cult following. I can hear the enraged hoi polloi running (rather slowly no thanks to excessive dough nut consumption) to pelt me with spoiled tomato-​flavored, dough nuts and lock me in the sugar stocks, but bear with me…
Okay, so I lied. That’s all I’ve got, really.
One star for being on every fricking corner. GENIUS! Not only is this nasty aggressive for potential competitors, but it’s effective product placement that irrepressibly thrusts into the mind of the consumer the necessity of Dunkin Donuts’ existence. MUST… EAT…DONUTS.NOW ???/…ROOOOOOOAR! Never mind the fact that such marketing strategies are competitively predatory and fatally flawed as they are outright unprofitable in the long run. For an up-​to-​date case in point, please refer to the current state of affairs at Starbucks.
Another star for the super aesthetic dough nut presentation trickery that fooled me into splurging at this saccharine shit shack not only once, but TWICE during my brief visit. My bull shit receptor was apparently jammed by the pounds of sugar-​encrusted lard I willingly allowed to be passed through my digestive tract. For the love God – relieve me of this filmly residue that has forever disrupted the natural disposition of my mouth!!!
I guess what I mean is if I’m going to subject my cardiovascular system to the mercy of a mere dough nut, that dough nut better rock my face off and make my teeth break dance. This was a mortal failure. A disgustingly stale, sugar-​coated mortal failure. And I won’t even get into the coffee situation.
I’m just sayin’.
