They charged me twice for an ice coffee, I called her and ask her about it. A regular price ice cofre is 2.79 $ she charged me twice 3.06 $ and didnt give me receipt. Plus the coffee tasted really bad

Always messing up my order or making their sandwiches sloppy! Majority of the time I’m coming back to complain about how they messed something up, from latte’s to sandwiches. Worst one I’ve been to yet.

Since moving to Chicago, I have developed a true love affair with Dunkin’ Doughnuts. I love the convenience of this location, however their service is some of the worst I have ever experienced (consistently, morning, noon and night). This girl is going to to get her a** out of the car and get her coffee fix at a DD with friendly employees.

Worst Dunkin Donuts I’ve ever experienced. There’s been multiple times where they’ve messed up my order in the drive thru. I usually love the iced coffee and get it all the time at other locations. The iced tea and iced coffee always has a weird taste to it here. I just ordered a medium coconut iced coffee with cream NO sugar, I got something that was completely bitter, tasted nothing like coconut, and had almost an inch of sugar at the bottom of the cup. Was not drinkable at all and I ended up just having to toss it. I’ll have to get my coconut coffee fix elsewhere.

This DD is super close to us and my son LOVES going to get a donut with sprinkles for a treat. I had a pretty negative experience this week. I went online and sent a note to DD and tonight got a call from the franchisee. Wow! She was super nice and apologetic and I love that she took the time to make me feel heard.

Waited 30 mins for coffee w/​cream & sugar & donut. They forgot the donut so I had to wait again while they got it. As I drive off I tasted the coffee and NO SUGAR.

Listen. I guess this is a decent Dunkin Donuts. I haven’t had any real problems here, but there is one serious issue…
What manager thought it was a good idea to greet customers with, «what are you drinking?» Not «welcome to Dunkin donuts what are you drinking today» not anything else. Just, «what are you drinking?» It infuriates me. What kind of greeting is that? It makes me hate this place and everyone that works here.

This Dunkin recently moved a couple blocks south to this location. I wish I could give the new location negative stars. How frustrating… terrible quality control and appalling service. The staff is so rude and unprofessional. I’ve been here twice and it was hard for me to bring myself to go back, because they don’t deserve my business. NEVER AGAIN. Please boycott this place with me. There are so many well run coffee shops in the area that deserve to succeed… this is not one of them.

I live very close to this Dunkin donuts… and honestly I love DD’s and it would be very hard for me not to return to a location, but this location has officially done it. I have probably be here around 7 times… everytime my order has been wrong, or they do not have what I originally order in stock. I have never made a Unilocal review before, but this place makes me so mad I had to say something. I can never get a true DD coffee or sandwich, the coffee is always way too sweet and the sandwich is missing mustard or cheese. I have been to DD’s all over the city and this one is not like the others in a severely negative way.
