Dunkin’ Donuts

I am a big fan of Dunkin Donuts but particularly this Dunkin Donuts! The staff is so friendly especially in the morning. The food and coffee are basically the same as any other Dunkin Donuts but I will go out of my way for this one because of the friendly employees.

This is the best Dunkin Donuts in the city. The manager is kind and knows your face every time you come in. The donuts and coffee are great.

This is now my local Dunkin Donuts located off of Cicero just south of Six Corners. It is located on the east side of Cicero within the little strip mall just south of the Red Hots. Stop by here to pick up whatever Dunkin items you need and check out the sweet NEC menu board.

This DD location would be a lot better in my opinion if the staff working there was a little more up beat and happy. It’s like talking to a brick wall sometimes, no smile, no sense of urgency, and they could care less if I was a repeat customer. The food products are great, never a problem, it’s just the atmosphere the employees are setting.

The cashier barely acknowledged me when I walked in. Walked right by and barely made visual contact while asking «What can I get you?» I didn’t know whether to follow her or stay where I was standing. If I wasn’t the only person in the store I would have had no idea who she was talking to. Service was fast, but the latte was overly sweet, even for a Dunkin Donuts.

Average coffee– it’s Dunkin donuts so there’s not much else to expect. Way better coffee than Starbucks, IMO, but the actual location/​restaurant is not the cleanest.

I like Dunkin Donuts and this is the closest and easiest DD for me to stop at on my way to work so I tried really hard to like this location. I believe it is the owners (a couple) that work there in the mornings, as they are always there and seem to be in charge. I used to stop once or twice per week and order the same drink (carmel latte) but it was rarely correct. I started emphasizing that I want carmel in the drink (i.e. when they ask me if I want sugar, I would say «No, just the carmel flavoring»). But it was still wrong! Twice I overheard other customers taking the drink back and saying it was the wrong drink but the owners were very rude and would say «no» that is the drink they ordered and refused to correct it! I have stopped going now because of the poor customer service and do not recommend this place at all.
