Terrible customer service. I purchased bagels for our office staff and two larger cream cheese containers. They didn’t give me the cream cheese, which I unfortunately realized once I was already at work. When I called to inquire about a refund for the large ones I had paid for, they said that was not possible.

Popped in here at 3:15pm on 4÷10÷16 for a hot chocolate on this cold, rainy spring day and was pleasantly surprised by the friendly cashier that greeted me(receipt says Dilipkumar P), but I didn’t check his name tag. In any case, he was so patient with my questions about the different donut varieties(I haven’t been in a Dunkin Donuts in YEARS –since Krispy Kreme came to town). In the end, I settled on what was the creamiest cocoa I’ve tasted in a while and to top it off, the cashier let me sample something called a «Dunkiccino” — superb! TIP: regular donuts 2 for $.99 after 12pm.

We’ve all been to Dunkin Donuts and this place delivers what DDs offers at a high level. The employees are also very efficient at taking orders and payment while everyone is in line… The downside is that if more than 2.5 people try to enter this DDs at one time, it feels like you are in a sardine can… minus the lovely odor. Another thing that is cool is that the door opens inwards, so when a new person enters you have to play human Tetris to fit everyone and the door in the restaurant. Can we get someone to reverse the hinges and open the door towards the sidewalk? Sliding door? No door??? The place is open 24 hrs, so there isn’t a huge need for a door. This is a good DDs in terms of quality, but you may want to write your order on poster board and press it up to the window, rather than run the human/door gauntlet to get your Oreo filled donut.

Came in to this dunkin a few times. There is an amazingly sweet older lady who works here most days and gets my order correct every time and you can tell she cares about giving excellent customer service. But i usually get service from these horrible employees. For example– me and one other lady walking in to the empty dunkin and theres 4 employees walking in and out of the back area literally looking at us and ignoring us. Finally the lady in line with me yells out and one of the employee screams to another saying they have customers. Its honestly ridiculous. Waste of money and time.

Current manager and staff extremely friendly and efficient. This place generally operates like a well-oiled machine. It can get tight in the customer area during peak business hours and the doors open awkwardly in rather than out. Baby strollers a bit difficult to get in /get out. But the energy is positive and there is generally another customer who holds the door so parent and stroller can exit more easily. The manager is good at his job and it shows.

Its time to write about this DD around the corner from home. My kids get a treat once in 4 months and i always buy just one donut each instead of a box. Nafisa at the counter is a dear and throws in a few free donut holes, kids love it!

They were so helpful at this location! The best Dunkin Donuts I have ever ordered from. Dillip was especially helpful. I had to order for a large party and Dillip was patient with me on the phone and when we went in to pick up. He went above and beyond to make sure our order was correct and when I brought the food back everything was there and made correctly. Overall, great service.

This Dunkin is really small on the corner of 16th and Michigan Ave. I stopped in for coffee and also because I needed to break a $ 20 for parking so I might as well kill two birds with one stone. I had to wait in line since there was only one person working and when I finally did order, the lady wasn’t very friendly. I must have misread how much my iced coffee would cost so when I received my change back I had fewer singles than I wanted. I then asked her if I could get my $ 5 bill broken into singles and she responded rudely that she already closed the register and it was too late. I understand that it was too late but the attitude was unwarranted.

I love Dunkin Donuts & the only thing can go wrong is if service is bad. I ordered a latte and they forgot about me but when they realized, the manager/owner was very apologetic and even gave me a muffin for the wait. THATISCUSTOMERSATISFACTION!

I love this grab-and-go location of Dunkin’ Donuts because of the friendly, helpful staff and owner. It’s a small shop, but has everything I need to get going in the morning. There’s a positive spirit in the air and it’s absolutely the way I like to start my morning. The staff members always remember my order, even if it’s been a while since I go in. The owner always tells me «Don’t worry, be happy.» And why not? Note: the one-star review by Chris W. is clearly for a different branch of Dunkin’ Donuts. There is no Baskin Robbins at this store(thus no «baskin side») — and this branch is so small, no one can really hangout, let alone«bums»(not my language, his…). This place is not an Intelligentsia Café, but it gets the caffeine job done efficiently and well.

24⁄7 Dunkin a block from my apartment? What’s not to like. Even the late night staff is friendly. I just wish try had stronger coffee. Can’t handle them pouring hit coffee over ice for iced coffee. Gets way too watery!

THE best Dunkin Donuts EVER! The service is top notch. My order is always correct. And the quality of their coffee, donuts and breakfast sandwiches are better than any other location of DD I’ve ever experienced. Again the service is AMAZING. The guys that work here actually seem like they’re happy to be there. They remember people’s names and their usual orders and they treat everyone with respect and a smile. I just wish they had a drive-thru!

Your friendly South Loop donut shop! The owner cheerfully declared«everything low calorie» when I walked in! They always have a good, pretty selection of donuts available anytime I’ve been in, and now they have chai lattes and sell K cups! FYI — it’s super tiny so you’ll be getting it to go though.

Coffee is always fresh. Donuts always tastey. Best part about this DD, the staff. Every staff member there always has a smile on and are friendly and welcoming. Favorite DD in the city.

The really bad part are the God awful coffee and doughnuts. The coffee is just colored water with no real coffee taste, plus I agree with some of the others that I would prefer to add milk or cream myself because only I know how much I want. The doughnuts are a total disaster, absolutely no flavor and they tend to just fall apart in your hand. I never thought I’d meet a doughnut that I wouldn’t like but here I never met one that I actually liked. Astonishing. You really need to try hard to screw up this badly. The good part are the friendly employees, and I imagine it’s difficult to maintain good morale while serving such atrocious food and coffee. And of course 24-hour a day service is a HUGE plus, especially in the sleepy Chicago where it’s tough to find a coffee place that remains open beyond 8 or 9PM.

Stopped in for coffee, because I tragically ran out of beans at home. Asked for a large coffee with just one cream, saying I wanted just a little cream. But when I got home, I found the contents to be a very light tan. Why Dunkin’ doesn’t let you put in your own cream has always been beyond me.

Walked in on a weekend afternoon on a lark — in search of a Boston Crème — and the place was empty. «That’s fortunate,» I thought, after reading the reviews describing the inconsistent service, especially when it got busy. Alas, the service is just POOR. Here’s why: When I walked up to the register, there was no one there. So I walked all of seven feet to the left to peer back into the shop(it’s tiny) and there was a skinny, bespectacled lady hunched over some boxes who shouted something barely intelligible about«I am working on another customer!» and«Go to the register!» I didn’t see any other customer present, but perhaps it was a phone order. By the time I got to the register, another guy had walked in during that brief exchange and was standing at the register. Seeing no one present, he called out«hello?» That set the lady off, who stormed around the corner and shouted(more clearly this time) «Can’t you see I am working already? Why did you do that? I am working on another customer!» Then she stormed back and left the poor fellow standing alone at the counter, too stunned to even respond. I gently told him that I would have done the same thing. And I left. Never to return.

Returned to this place because i was in need of coffee badly and couldn’t think of any place else – still disappointed: again, my coffee tasted burnt and my husband said his coffee tasted burnt too.

The guys here are nice and friendly and they make the iced coffee good. They actually turn the iced coffee upside down and shake it for you so the sugar and cream is mixed. Only place I’ve seen them do that. Downside — they close kinda early.

not bad… they don’t always“listen” to your order, so you may have to get them to do it again. Still, love the place for its convenience and coffee. No seating, it would be perfect if they put a few chairs and tables outside so you could sit here on nice days…
