Super great place all locally blown glass, good selection and the staff was very filled with fun facts about the product. I was helped out in a special way the pen I bought broke and was unusable they swapped out a battery and boom back to normal!

I have been to every single head shop from NY to CA. I have also spent some good MONTHS in Amsterdam. This candy land, of HIGH QUALITY, BEAUTIFUL, STUNNING artwork is one of a kind. I have seen people complain and heard people complain about this places selections. «That there isn’t enough variety.»
Are you serious!!! You don’t need to see 5,000 pieces of the same shitty glass stacked on top of each other. You also don’t need some prick who is importing from China, giving you an attitude, and taking your money. God I want to slap the stupid out of these people that complain about variety. There is more variety at «dude I forgot» then any head shop in the city. The girl who runs the place is an angel. She will help you with all your questions and concerns. This is a HIGH END, awesome, no bullshit gold mind. THE BEST GLASS in the city. Move over secrets, move over Clark st, get out the way!!! I was looking forward to going into this shop today for a new vape pen but after my experience with the rude gal on the other end of the phone when I called I’ve decided to find another smoke shop. If you’re that unprofessional & rude on the phone I can’t expect good customer service inside. If I can’t understand the name of the shop when you answer the phone that’s an issue. If you seemingly do not want to work there, get a different job. You’re in customer service. A super awesome customer, lost.

Just got a sweet bubbler from here. The staff was incredibly friendly, easy going and very knowledgeable. It can be easy to get impatient when a customer continues to inquire about various pieces, but every question came back with a heartfelt and exceptional response, often providing additional background knowledge of things unbeknownst to me. Great sales techniques and really knew their stuff. All in all, the customer service: exceptional, the merchandise: top-​notch.

I’ve only been here 4 or 5 times but it’s my favorite store of its kind in Chicago. Each time I visit I’ve been helped by a different person and they’ve all been very kind and helpful. This store won’t blow you away with its selection but other stores that will often seem messy and overwhelming to me. I like how they always have what I’m looking for and I can be in and out and leave with something I’m happy with. Keep up the good work.

Will most definitely keep coming back to this place! The staff was very helpful and knowledge. The guy that was working was not about making a sale but about making sure my needs were met. It is a perfect relaxed atmosphere as well. And come on, the place is called ‘Dude I Forgot’ the name in itself should make you want to walk in there. I love the smoke odor candles they carry :)

Dude, I forgot about this place. This place had some major issues at start up. I previously wrote about an employee locking the door in my face as I went in to make a purchase. They also had some problems keeping certain items in stock.
The business owner reached out to me to let me know about the changes they had implemented, including the re-​staffing of the shop. I decided to give it another try and have been back SEVERAL times since.
A year and a half later, this place has seen a MAJOR improvement. I can be sure that if I go in during their posted hours, they will BE THERE, BE NICE, and HAVE WHAT I NEED.
This place is now the great little shop I always hoped it would be (Since it’s SO conveniently located next to 7-​Eleven in my neighborhood).
As for their offerings… I’m not a big glass guy. That said, their glass looks pretty incredible. Their selection of paper products is small, but well-​selected. They cover the major shapes and sizes and don’t sell crappy ones (Get your zig zags at 7-​eleven, heathen).
Dude, this place is actually pretty great now. I do have to second what Paulius N said. The sign out front isn’t really descriptive or big. I don’t think a casual person walking or driving down the street would even know this place is there.

This is a hidden gem on Milwaukee. I have a chronic cough from years of smoking. Came in on a weekday and the manager was very helpful about switching to other methods of delivery that were easier on the lungs. The selection of items were not just interesting, but practical. Fun stuff nice atmosphere ! I had fun. Thanks!

Good selection, knowledgable staff, fun apparatuses! And most importantly great location. The girl that was working there when I went in was friendly and very informative.

Just past Painstop Massotherapy is a pretty cool little headshop. It is a very «relaxing» atmosphere. And get this; All of their glass pipes and bowls are made by local Chicago and Wisconsin artisans.
It is easy to walk right by, as I did countless times since the signage is a obscure. Very helpful staff, quite the selection of all kinds of hippy-​dippy stuff.
