History

Established in 2013.

As professionals in IT, customer service and real estate, we were frustrated at the dearth of options offered to professionals to get our dry cleaning and laundry done on our schedule and picked up and delivered to the front door. So, that’s why we launched this service. We offer wash and fold, dry cleaning and alterations to your front door, because we wanted that service ourselves!

Started using them when I was pregnant and didn’t have the energy to haul laundry down to basement. They were a lifesaver! Laundry comes back clean and folded in 1 – 2 days. The customer service is great and they were pretty flexible with pick-​up/​delivery times. Reasonably priced. They are like a fairy godmother to a pregnant woman/​new mother.

I’m used to big places, with free dryers, lots of parking and also, LOTS OF PEOPLE!!! SPECIALLY IF I DO LAUNDRY ON FRIDAY-​SUNDAY all day… first the not so awesome about this place.

i have now used drive-​by laundry service about 5 times so far, and i am very happy to support a business like this so much that i have signed up for the monthly payment plan! brent is a nice guy. he listens, and responds quickly to eMails and text messages. the cost for the services are exceptional, and well worth it! he also makes every attempt to pick up your laundry in the morning on a day you choose (except sunday), and return it fresh the same day! what more can you ask for? the answer is nothing.

Free pickup and drop off at your apartment complex. Laundry returned all folded within 1 – 2 days.
Laundry service is competitively priced per pound. I asked for green, less harsh chemical detergent, and they complied.
They also offer an array of other services including dry cleaning.
Drive by laundry was introduced in my apartment building as a summer kick off perk. I am an extremely busy professional and find it hard to make time for laundry. It does cost a bit more than if you did it yourself, but personal time saved is worth it

The results are great! And the price is better than competitive, especially with the coupons and deals they offer. Brent and Rudy are great small business owners and I’m happy to support them.
