Focused exclusively on newly rehabbed apartments in Wicker Park and Bucktown with hardwood floors, upgraded cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Division Street Capital is growing rapidly with over 30 units under management and hopes to continue this pattern of growth into the future.

I started this company in 2012 to invest in neglected properties in great neighborhoods. I rehab the apartments so they are like new then rent them out to the best tenants in Chicago… like you!
