Digital Bootcamp

My digital bootcamp experience (Adobe Creative Suite) was as-​I-​expected throughout the course for the most part. The instructor was new, but nice. There was very little structure to the work that we did in the class which made it kind of difficult to keep up. I was okay with that though because they had a policy in which you could retake the course again if you didn’t retain enough. I was 90% sure I was going to want to do that and that is why I chose DB. This is where I have a problem. Upon conclusion of the course, I requested to be informed of when the course would be retaught, but never heard back. I reached out twice over a six month period. I recently reached out again and they said that a) the policy has changed; and b) i was past my retake timeframe. They offered for me to pay 50% to take it again. What a bait and switch. I learned very little for the time and expense. I do not recommend Digital Bootcamp.
