Dr. Majzoub is the best! I dreaded going to the dentist (even though I had insurance) and a few years later I ended up w/​6 cavities and gum disease. I had to have a deep cleaning done and multiple visits and after all of that, I would recommend Dr. Majzoub. The team at Dental Image are helpful, fast and make sure you aren’t in pain! Can’t say enough good things about this place :)

My friend told me about this place and claims that it’s very good but from what i experienced I would never go back there again.
location — I took an über there so idk much if it’s close to any public transportations
the clinic — nice, clean, very inviting
reception — so much attitude, should hire someone that more professional and really want a job and not look and talk like i hate this job and i hate everybody that come in here
doctor — I think he is good
wait time — I had to wait for 30 minutes
price– I bought Unilocal coupon for my visiting and they seem to be confused by it and they charged me more. they said they couldn’t give me the discount they were gonna give me and bla bla bla. I don’t really care at that point I already know I will never send any of my friends there. I ended up paid $ 150 out of pocket. It’s actually $ 200 just to go there get the X-​ray and get a prescription.

Dr. Majzoub and his staff do a great job. The office is clean, friendly and efficient. He always talks to you like an adult. I hope he continues practicing dentistry for a long time!

I have been coming to Dental Image for years. I have had all my work done here from oral cleanings to getting braces. I would not go anywhere else; this place is exceptional.
You will not find better people to care for your teeth. Monica and Liliana, the dental hygienests, are assets to Dental Image. They have been working here for several years and are both wonderful workers. Dr. Majzoub is an amazing doctor and very professional. He’s friendly and always greets you with a smile. Most importantly he is dedicated to his profession and always makes sure you leave happy and healthy teeth.
Overall this place is amazing from the services they do down to their staff. I will continue to have my dental services done by Dr. Majzoub for many years to come. If you’re afraid of Dentist visits, I definately reccomend Dental Image. They make sure to make your experience the most comfortble it can be.

If you are like me and hate going to the dentist (sorry, Dr. Majzoub), this is your place! Dr. Majzoub is gentle, thorough and FAST. From cleanings to crowns, I have been 100% satisfied and not petrified during my visits since I have been going there for the past several years. He’s good if you are a nervous patient and always makes sure to keep you informed of what he’s doing.
Appointments are easy to book and they are always on time. The prices are reasonable and they work with a lot of different insurance companies. Plus, they have a parking lot!

I’m so angry. I like Dr Majoub, but his receptionist was so rude to me. I called to make an appointment and she asked my name, which I was spelling for her and she interrupted me to ask if I was there before. Yes, I was. Then she asked my name. I don’t appreciate rudeness and will happily take my business elsewhere.

So, I haven’t been to the dentist in a while and just moved to this area and after finding great reviews I thought I would give Dental Image a try. I guess I have to be «that one» that has a bad experience.
I personally went in to make an appointment since I only live a block away. The 2 receptionist were friendly but not quite all there. They told me I had to wait 3 weeks because the doctor was out on a «personal emergency». I was reluctant but I went ahead and made an appointment.
3 weeks later and I’m ready to head to the office when I get a call from the receptionist saying they lost my paperwork and needed to verify my info before I came in. I gave them my info and she found me in the system so I went into the office. While filling out paperwork the receptionest then said I couldn’t be verified by my insurance and she couldn’t get ahold of anyone since it was a Saturday. I mean they only had 3 weeks to verify my information??? She asked If I wanted to reschedule so they can verify. You can imagine my frustration of having to wait 3 weeks only to hear this.
She could only smile and say «sorry». She proposed it as either a take it or leave it situation with the possibility that I could get stuck with the bill. I calmly expressed my frustration I told her that I was going to leave a negative review. This place is highly unprofessional and unorganized. I mean what business is ok with a customer walking away frustrated and disappointed? She even told me «that’s fine if you want to leave a negative review». So, here it is. With plenty of dentist in the neighborhood looks like I will be going elsewhere.

I found out about Dr. Majzoub through a friend who was a dental surgeon and highly recommended him.
I am a chicken when it comes to dentist so I was looking for a dentist who would be gentle. He strongly recommended Dental Image because Dr. Majzoub was always staying up to date with new technology and procedures. He said it was important that your dentist make the effort to improve though continuing education because the more current he was the better care you received i.e. Gentle.
Also personally I think it’s important to have a dentist who wen’t to school in the United States and Dr. Majzoub graduated from Northwestern.
My wife, mother and I have been going to Dental Image since 2012 and could not recommend him enough.

Dr Majzoub provides excellent dental care, using his breadth of knowledge as a distinguished graduate of the (former) Northwestern University Dental School program and extensive experience as a practitioner. I was referred to him by a friend’s friend, my son sees him, and we applaud his service as well as his excellent, caring staff! Thank you Dr Majzoub!

I have been going to dental image since April 2014 & I finally have a dentist I feel comfortable going back to. I had 2 cleanings, 8 cavities filled, & a crown done. My dental insurance did not cover the work down on my crown, but Dr. Majzoub was very reasonable with his prices. Setting up appointments were easy & convenient. The staff was great friendly & attentative. Would definitely recommend.

Making an appointment was very easy and Dr. Majzoub is great! He is always very thorough! My kids love him!
I got my teeth cleaned once and some cavities filled last visit. This visit the kids went in this time for a routine cleaning.
I highly recommend this place and this dentist!!! It’s very clean and each time they give the kids a little bag with a new toothbrush and tooth paste. Of course they feel extra special when they get their sticker too!

Dr. Majzoub is fabulous. And as one of those people who avoids dentists if at all possible, I’m not easily impressed.
His staff is always courteous and pleasant, and the waiting room in his office, while clearly family friendly, is always tidy and pleasant. Not that I’ve spent much time there — after 6 or 7 visits, I don’t think ‘ve ever had to wait one minute past my appointment time, and I don’t think I can say that for any other healthcare professional I’ve ever been to…
The equipment in the office is unobtrusive and up to date, and the work done there is terrific. I went in first to have a cleaning (after many years…) and see about finishing up some major work that had been started by another dentist years earlier. Dr. Majzoub does most everything himself, which amazed me. As others have said, he is very conscientious about letting you know exactly what is going on, and he’s very, very careful about not causing any pain. In addition, he really went above and beyond, I think, in working to reach my old dentist to figure out what she’d done, and kept at it despite her unresponsiveness. I am very grateful for the work he’s done, and for his skill and thoughtfulness, and I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Dr. Majzoub is great! He sent me to a specialist b/​c there was nothing he could do for me. Once I was done with the specialist, I came back to him and he did my bonding (b/​c I had a gap from my previous dental work) and it came out so great!
He’s easy to talk to, has a great personality and most importantly, he’s a great dentist! Good dentists are hard to find, so trust me when I say he’s good! =)

I can’t believe I’m writing this, but I actually found a dentist that doesn’t suck.
After two visits, my teeth are sparkly clean, rid of cavities and I didn’t get a single guilt trip. Dr. Majzoub kept me informed at all times about what was going on, and was very careful to numb everything properly before he got to work. When I felt pain during a filling he immediately stopped, gave me another shot and waited patiently for it to take effect.
I’m not dreading my 6 month check up, and I feel like this is a guy who could actually be my son’s first dentist.

I havent gone in to see Dr Majzoub in over a year ! He is so extra nice, does great work, patient and just an overall nice guy. I recommen him to anyone and believe me I have gone to many dentists.

I hadn’t been to the dentist in FOREVER because of lack of insurance. When I finally got some, I wandered into the closest dental office and set up an appointment for myself and my 13 year-​old. The only thing I knew about the office was that the dentist was a Northwestern alum and former faculty member (It says so on the window!).
My appointment fell on a Thursday, so I did not have Dr. Abdul. I ended up having Dr. Savani who is there on Tuesdays and Thursdays (I believe). I absolutely loved her. She didn’t give me guff for not seeing a dentist in far too long. Instead, she guided me through the corrective action I need to take and talked to me about future visits. She was great with my son as well. She’s very easy to talk to and very thorough with her assessments. Thanks Dr. Savani!
