very bad experience so far with virtual receptionist/admin help. i spent many hours carefully preparing detailed instructions for how i need our calls and emails to be handled. i have very specific needs, requiring certain screening questions to be asked of potential clients before i meet with people. in the sales process, they basically told me exactly what i wanted to hear — that they could follow through on all of what i wanted, and more! i will spare the details of all of the different frustrations that have come up in the past week of using them… but in 90% of all aspects of this working relationship i have been disappointed. they’ve turned away good job leads, and brought in terrible ones. communication with them is difficult. you never know who you’re emailing, or who’s emailing you. it’s a different person all the time. so, i’ll likely downgrade their role simply to a very simple phone answer-er, or fire them altogether. terrible!
