I want to start by saying that I reserve 5 star reviews for situations that really encapsulate the epitome of great customer service, positive experience and value.
Dave has exceeded my expectations in every way possible.
My husband and I needed to find an apartment in the Chicago area to relocate from metro Detroit. Of course, we began our search online. We happened to find Dave at the beginning of Memorial Day weekend and he immediately sprung to action. I had an introductory phone call with him and he gave me some realistic expectations for the Chicago rental/​housing market. I appreciated his insight since we were really going into this blind and had a pretty short deadline, as well.
Dave sent us constant new listings everyday. He paid close attention to our wants/​needs and found us better options to look at than we ever could have found on our own.
When it came time for us to come out to Chicago to view properties, we only had 2 days available. Dave scheduled us back-​to-​back bookings throughout the course of a Friday and we were able to get into EVERY property of the 8 properties we were interested in one day. This freed up the rest of our weekend to enjoy Chicago.
We put in an application on a property. Dave made this process very painless and did all of the hard work on his own. He followed up on everything and kept us in the loop the whole time. We never had to wonder what was going on.
Ultimately, Dave found us a really great apartment in an awesome neighborhood. He was a total professional, but also an all around nice guy who my husband and I felt very comfortable with. I will definitely be using Dave in the future, should we decide to buy, or rent again.

If I could describe Dave in one word, it would absolutely be «trustworthy». Between this year and last I’ve worked with a lot of realtors, and I honestly feel like Dave was the only one I could trust. He responded quickly, got us showings in a pinch, and was able to answer every question we had. He has great insights into the leasing industry and gave us great advice. Last year, my apartment search took two months. With Dave, it took 2 days. Will absolutely call him again when the need arises!

Dave just helped me find an apartment, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience! I currently live in DC, which has made the process of finding an apartment in Chicago very difficult. I was on a time crunch and only had a few days in Chicago to look. He set up several appointments, drove me around, had all the info I would need about each place, gave suggestions for parking in each neighborhood, pointed out landmarks (bars, restaurants, shopping, etc) in each place, and was all around awesome! I will absolutely go back to Dave if I need to find another place in Chicago!

Dave was extremely helpful to myself and my 2 roommates in finding a place that met all of our requirements. He always made himself available and responded quickly to any questions we had. With all of us relocating from the suburbs, Dave was extremely accommodating and flexible with all of our schedules and went above and beyond to made sure we found that perfect place. I have been and will continue to recommend Dave to anyone in need of an agent.
