I help functioning adults and couples, just like you and me, to get through the bumps in life. We all need someone to talk to, to guide us through these bumps. I am competent and there isn’t a situation that I have not dealt with in the last 16 plus years, working with people. Also important, is that you feel comfortable with me. I offer free phone consultations, so that you can see if you are comfortable and half price initial sessions to see if we’re a good fit. Once people see me, they feel comfortable and they feel that I’m competent to help them. Ultimately, it’s up to you. It’s really worth trying. Congrats on at least considering asking for help. You don’t have to fugure things out alone!

I have been providing counseling to adults, couples and families in the

Chicago area for over 16 years. I have worked with a wide variety of individuals from different ethnic, spirtual, socioeconomic and age backgrounds. I have worked with individual men, indivdual women, a whole variety of couples; married and not married, parents and their children with many different life transition difficulties. In my work with individuals, couples or families, I adapt my approach to best meet your unique needs and personal style (s).
