You are the worst! you are the Absolute worst! I didnt expect much coming into this or expect great service for 20 bucks less a month but, to be honest, $ 1 a month is $ 1.50 more than I should be paying for this service. You are spotty everywhere I go. Some places will be blacked out altogether. You will send texts 3−5x to someone and I will get multiple texts from people. Im angry at the friends that said its been fine. This service is unacceptable. You cant justify charging people for this kind of service. I mean if this is your only choice than fine, but I would recommend choosing ANY other service.

Run, do not walk, away from Cricket Broadband. If you need reliable, around-the-clock internet service, I suggest looking for a different vendor. Service outages are common. When you can get a connection it will be about as slow as a 2400 baud modem. Then you will repeatedly loose your connection. Their customer service department keeps bankers’ hours, so you can’t even call anyone to tell them about a service outage at night or on weekends. And god forbid if you ever change your billing address. You will be in endless customer service hell with employees from India who can’t speak English. Oh yeah, you can change your address online, but the following month it will revert to your old address, then your automatic bill payment won’t be accepted and your account will be suspended until you talk to somebody in India again and pay a $ 10 re-connect fee. I don’t know where else to go. Unilocalers report that Clear Communications is as bad as Cricket.

Cricket Communications has the worst customer service department. They are outsourced to India so right off the bat there is a MAJOR language barrier. If you ask for a supervisor, there is never one available. They are not very friendly nor helpful. I have yet to get a call back when I have been told someone will call me back, and using the ‘contact us’ option on the website gets you no where either. You get what you pay for, and you pay less here and god help you if you ever need customer service because you will not get it from Cricket. They also changed internet plans and didn’t let the customers know, which is really, really bad business. I am going today to cancel Cricket and get something a little more reputable.

I have been pleasantly surprised by this entire experience. I went here to get wireless broadband. I was in and out within 30 minutes if not less. I went home, plugged in the wireless and was up and running in no time. Additionally, the service is quite speedy. I am a consumer tired of contracts and lousy service. This has been a great deal!
