Really like the spaghetti a la tom yum here. Good service too. We came here whenever out of ideas of restaurants and it never disappoints!

This place is kind of a hidden hole in the wall place on the outskirts of wrigleyville. I passed it the day before I went in and woke up the next morning wanting to give it a try. The crepes were good and they offered a very large variety of any kind of crêpe imaginable. The menu was so random in the sense that they offered crepes, breakfast items, pasta, French Fries, and smoothies. Perfect for an indecisive, hungover, self. I ended up getting a cookies and crème crêpe, French fries(which were SO good), and an apple smoothie. So random but I left so satisfied. The place is really tiny but overall great experience.

This was my third time coming to crêpe town and its quickly becoming a favorite! Sweet and savory crepes, and pretty good coffee drinks. My favorite part about this place is how cozy is feels and the waitress is obviously focusing on meeting all your needs!

Cozy comfortable atmosphere, and the food is AMAZING, not to mention great prices. Banana split is really good and pesto chicken is good if you’re not looking for the sweet side.

Ordered 2 crepes — bananas foster and a red bull(strawberries, blueberries, and Nutella). Pleasantly surprised as the portions weren’t stingy, and they were both delicious. I admit I came in because I needed to use the restroom in a bad way, but the sign on the window said no public restroom, so decided to get something for the kids. Oh, you need to order $ 10 worth to be able to use a credit card, and crepes were around $ 7 – 8 each. Here’s a hint — we came from the Cubs game, and the Addison station was an absolute zoo. Decided I would try and outsmart Cub fans(not that hard), and walk north to the Sheridan station. Maybe it was the hour delay(from the walk and the food), or whatever, but the Red Line train was pretty empty and we got seats for 4 us. Went to the Addison station and a hundred people boarded, standing room only.

Crêpe Town? More like Ghost Town. I arrived on Saturday at 10:35AM to find the doors locked, lights out, and no sign of life inside. It says right on the door that they open at 10AM on Saturday. I walked a mile to get there, starving, and this is what I got. If they can’t even bother to open on time I can only imagine how lax they are when they finally get around to it.

Still out of this world. I told my friend Linda L that she had one job. Get me to order the fried fish and coconut curry sauce. I made her job really easy. This one is by far in my opinion one of their bests AND one of the best things I’ve tasted in Chicago. Skip the bubble teas — no good. Go to Joy Yee’s instead but why did you come here for the bubble tea?

Funky French Monkey crêpe is very good! Impressed with the side of bacon, they gave me plenty(not just two pieces like most places). The coffee is just okay. As for the interior, it wasn’t anything special. But I would go back. their savory crepes sound good as well as their selection of entrees!

This place is a really cute little modern restaurant. They’re focus is obviously on crepes but they have a really nice variety from sweet to savoury and also non crêpe options. I really like that they also had smoothies and boba tea as well! Server was really nice and did a great job just a little quiet was all. BYOB.

The milk tea with boba is made with white tea instead of black, and the taro milk tea was the best! I had the spicy fish crêpe and it was superb. Unfortunately, in a group of four my dish was the best and everyone else’s was just ok. Two of my dates had the breakfast crepes and were not impressed, and our fourth date had the mussaman curry crêpe with shrimp and it was a tad sweet. The atmosphere is forgettable, and the space small. Come here for the spicy fish crêpe and the bubble teas. I’ll definitely be back as this restaurant is walking distance from where I live, and the sweet crepes still need to be explored… Crêpe Town has the potential to grow on me considerably.

A hidden GEM! A good friend of mine and I went were trying to decide where to go for lunch. I chose one place and he told me that we should go to Crêpe Town. I was disappointed because I knew about the other place well but had never been to Crêpe Town. We got there and I liked the fact that it was a small, quaint restaurant. The waitress was friendly and we placed our order based off of recommendations from my friend. Everything we got was DIVINE! From the strawberry smoothie to the Spaghetti a la Tom Yum(note, spicy!) to the Spice Up Crêpe(has fish inside) and for dessert the Bananas Foster, I was in pure HEAVEN. The flavors are out of this world! I have visited there a couple of times to order food for take out so that is an option as well. Treat yourself to some good food, you won’t be disappointed.

Lol this is a very curious little joint haha The atmosphere is cute, the food looks and taste good except, the savory crêpe has a soft sweet crêpe while the sweet crêpe has a crunchier and less sweet crêpe… I would have probably made it the other way around texture wise and probably not use the same mixture for sweet and savory crepes so it doesn’t add a layer of unnecessary flavor to the course :)

I took my girlfriend here for dinner because she loves crepes. The restaurant was empty and in my opinion did not have much character. I was hoping that the food would more than make up for what this place lacked in ambiance. Don’t come here expecting to experience anything French other than the crêpe itself. The service was lackluster despite the fact that we were the only people there. This of course was not aided by the fact that the waiter had difficulty communicating with us. So much so that my simply asking what their most popular crêpe was ended in awkward smiles. When the food finally arrived we were both satisfied with our crêpe experience. Craving a crêpe? This place will get the job done. However, if you’re looking for a cool date spot with a decent atmosphere I would look elsewhere. Next time we’re craving crepes we’d give Le Creperie a shot before returning to Crêpe Town.

I popped by with a group of friends for brunch and we were collectively pretty happy with their selection of crepes. Pesto Supreme — So there’s another crêpe called the Pesto Combo which has the same ingredients but the supreme is spicy! I love it! The inside of the crêpe is stuffed pretty thoroughly and I love how they still put more filling on top. The crêpe has that faint smell of butter, eggs, and vanilla which makes it taste so delicious. Strawberry cheesecake crêpe — Mmmm! This is a delicious choice for a dessert crêpe. I really liked the dense cheesecake filling but wished there were a bit more strawberries. *Note: these two crepes were actually smaller than what it appears on pictures. Cookie monster crêpe — My least favorite crêpe out of the three although presentation wise, this one was gorgeous. There’s not as much filling in this and it seemed to be filled with a lot crushed oreos which did not necessarily seem to be the greatest binder for a crêpe filling.

I tried a savory crêpe and I liked it!!! I had the Chicken Pesto Crêpe(grilled chicken, swiss cheese, tomato and basil with pesto) which was good! My boyfriend didn’t finish all of his so I got to have extra too! The only not great part about this visit was that although they weren’t busy at all, our whole dining experience took nearly an hour and a half. I was a little disappointed with that, but still really like the place!

This is by far the best crêpe I ever had. Not only breakfast but also my relax dinner. I usually have eaten here for 4 years. Everything that I have had was perfectly prepared and flavorful ever. Shrimp Asparagus is my favorite. The asparagus and shrimp were cooked to perfection level. You cannot ask for anything better. Boom boom egg — thai basil stir fried with 2 sunny side up eggs served with some delicious crêpe. It was as authentic as you could get. Spicy town — it came with the right spicy level. Plate size’s still very good also. By the way, you can try many types of noodle soup on Wednesday and Thursday night. And you might need to make a reservation for that special nights. It will be worth the meal. Service was good. The atmosphere both in and out were clean and so adorable decorations. Also they had free wifi and BYO welcome.

Mmm! Love this place! There’s so much variety to choose from, and though I’ve only tried two of the items of the menu, I bet it’s all delicious: I got the shrimp and asparagus crêpe with mushroom sauce. Three of my favorite ingrediants, and yup, it tasted as good as I imagined! My friend got the blueberry cheesecake crêpe(omgomgomg I wanted to steal this from him very badly.) Best crepes I’ve had. If the word crêpe makes you picture one splattered with nutella, come here and prepare to have your mind blown. Mmm! —– Other items I’ve since had: –Spice up crêpe: fried fish, curry sauce, and basil — the curry definitely had a nice kick to it! –Pesto combo — bacon, chicken, pesto, cheese — this is a difficult combination to get wrong and they get it more than right

I used to think that Icosium Kafe and La Creperie were the cat’s meow when it came to crêpe houses in Chicago. Icosium Kafe ranks high on my list and La Creperie is only good for show. And then I happen across Crêpe Town. Green tea bubble tea. Tom yum spaghetti. Spice-Up crêpe. Bananas foster. Me performing a dance routine with jazz hands afterwards. I found it interesting that Crêpe Town is more fusion than just a French creperie. They blend Thai into the crepes and they do it so incredibly well. The tom yum spaghetti was spicy the way I love tom yum soup and filled with fresh, plump shrimp. The spice-up with a sweet potato curry sauce over a crêpe filled with pan seared fish really won me over. By the time I had the bananas foster, I had already made calendar dates to return. There are only two spots for creperies in my slide show. Icosium Kafe is the number 2 slot and Crêpe Town has the number 1 position … forever.

There aren’t many restaurants in the Chicagoland area that is just dedicated to crepes until Crêpe Town opened up. The restaurant is small, but offers indoor and outdoor seating. The white and yellow walls, sunlight from the big open windows, and live plants allow the restaurant to be bright and cheerful. But the furniture was a little cheap. The seats were uncomfortable and the tables were unleveled. It’s kind of annoying when you are eating and your plate is sliding everywhere. I know what you are thinking; it might be just our table. NO, the tables around us had pegs under some of the legs. For food, I built my own savory crêpe: mushroom, spinach, and chicken in a pesto sauce. The crêpe was full of flavor and the ingredients were portioned evenly, but the crêpe itself was small. For about $ 8.00, I assume the crêpe would be slightly bigger. This didn’t even fill me up. The service here was really poor. Food came out really slowly and our waitress wasn’t really attentive. I understand if the restaurant was busy, but my table was the only one there. No excuses! I don’t really see myself coming back here again. Crêpe town isn’t my choice for lunch or dinner, but probably will make a tasty snack or dessert.
