CRC Travel

We recently returned from a family vacation to Maui that we planned through recommendations from Peter at CRC Travel. We were very excited to go and have some much needed family time together. Unfortunately, the trip started out with a delayed flight out of Chicago, so we missed our connecting flight from Phoenix to Maui. Since it was spring break, most of the connecting flights were booked, so people were scrambling to figure out alternate flights without much help from US Air. This was Friday, and the airline was telling people it might be Sunday before they could get them to Maui. Not me! I have never been so well taken care of! When I knew we would be delayed, I called Peter, and he began working with the airline to get us where we needed to go. We ended up spending the first night in Honolulu but made it to Maui the next day. We had a wonderful stay at The Modern in Honolulu, and a beautiful suite in Maui — which was upgraded by the hotel because of our issues the day before! Everyone who greeted us seemed to know that we had had a VERY long day of traveling — and it was clear that CRC Travel has a great reputation with it’s partners, because everyone we met bent over backwards to make sure we were happy. This turned out to be a vacation full of wonderful memories. I would definitely recommend CRC Travel to all of my friends and will use them again for my next vacation!

I recently planned a weekend for my mother’s birthday in Denver. With this being her 65^th birthday, I needed expert help to ensure she would have a memorable birthday. I had used this travel agency in the past, and called. I spoke with Peter, whose knowledge of hotels in Denver is superb! Having so many options from which to choose, I ended up booking a two-​bedroom suite at The Four Seasons Hotel. I was not disappointed. Upon our arrival to the hotel on a very busy weekend, we were greeted by name and shown to our gorgeous suite which has views of the city in every direction. The suite’s bedrooms and baths were up-​to-​date, beautifully appointed, and very comfortable for our family gatherings. In addition to receiving complimentary breakfast daily, the weekend also included $ 100 credit that could be used for other optional dining or at the spa… a very nice added– value that I would not have known about if I had not booked this stay through this travel agency. Thanks to the personalized service I received, I had a 100% positive experience. I definitely will recommend CRC Travel to my friends, and call them again when future travel needs arise.

Do Not Ever Use This Company. They are lazy and do not check their work. We went to Italy for a two week vacation. The Italian counterpart agent that CRC worked with stuck us in a hotel in a bad neighborhood in Rome. Further, we had no idea we were not near any attractions and several blocks from Termini station (the rail lines) so transit was a bit dangerous and far away. We were also put up at a villa in Chianti that was in the middle of nowhere and he knew we were without a car. We had nowhere to go and were forced to eat dinner there (which was not good). As travel agents, it is CTC’s responsibility to check our itinerary and make sure this does not happen to its clients.
After our return, our agent didn’t check in to see how our trip was for three weeks. When we voiced our concerns we received a one-​sentence response saying «Thanks, glad you enjoyed Italy and great feedback!»
We loved Italy, but we spent thousands of dollars through CRC Travel and apparently it wasn’t enough to merit the care of the agent.
