Established in 1990.

Craig & Associates, Architects is a full service architectural firm practicing

architectural design exclusively in the City of Chicago since 1990. Managed by Patricia A. Craig, Craig & Associates specializes in residential & small commercial projects throughout the City, but with a

concentration of work in the Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Roscoe Village, and North Center neighborhoods. Ms. Craig’s background in Architectural History gives Craig & Associates Architects a unique perspective in the residential design of infill projects in the city and her expertise in green technology gives clients the opportunity to explore the creative use of energy efficiency in the design of their home.

Craig & Associates Architects designed the 2007 «Fit House» for Cooking

Light Magazine, which was the first urban design residence the magazine had ever sponsored. Another single family residence designed by the firm was featured in the July/​August 2007 edition of NaturalHome Magazine.

Business Owner

Patricia A. Craig received a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Notre Dame in 1982 and began practicing architecture in Washington, D. C. She returned to her family roots in the late 1980s to persue her passion of practicing in Chicago, Illinois. Her successful practice has afforded her the time to volunteer on numerous charitable institutions, neighborhood groups and local chamber of commerces. She loves the City of Chicago and is dedicated to enhancing her neighborhood and the entire city in any way she can.
