We offer 15,000 square feet of modern meeting space, including 10 rooms with flexible room configurations, all at competitive rates. Our on-​premise catering services and talented chefs are available to create your culinary preferences on any budget.

Room types vary from fully furnished studio and four-​bedroom apartments to single and double suite-​style units. History

Established in 2004.

University Center opened in August 2004 through a partnership between Columbia College, DePaul University and Roosevelt University. The three institutions formed the Educational Advancement Fund, Inc. (EAF), an independent organization that operates University Center. In the development of the residence property, they included a 15,000 square foot conference center, named Conference Chicago.

Since its inception, Conference Chicago has grown significantly in awareness and popularity. Offering year-​round conference services and guest suite housing.

In the summer months, we function as a hotel-​alternative; offering a unique housing experience for interns, short-​term student stays, transient business and conference attendees.
