I had struggled with infertility for a year and was down to IVF as my last option. I met with Jackie before my IVF cycle and she prepped me for the cycle as well as guided me and treated me through the entire IVF cycle. I am finally pregnant with the help of IVF and Jackie’s work.
I do feel like acupuncture helped my outcome and I know Jackie helped me stay relaxed during a very stressful time.
I would recommend Jackie 10 times over because she is knowledgeable about fertility issues and actually explains how the treatment works to improve your chances. She is compassionate and caring on top of it all!

Jackie O’neil is a wonderful acupuncturist. She answers your questions and is very knowledgeable with infertility issues. She is kind and makes you feel comfortable. I recently miscarried and Jackie called me at home late on a Saturday night to check on me. She went above and beyond. I would recommend her to anyone with infertility problems.

If you are struggling to get pregnant and want compassionate, informed, holistic care, go see Jackie O’Neill at Collaborative Care. I’m 12 weeks pregnant after trying for 18 months, and I credit Jackie’s comprehensive approach and deep knowledge of all things reproductive. If it weren’t for her, I wouldn’t have investigated immunological disorders that might’ve been preventing me from getting pregnant (turns out I have one!). On top of that, she is simply one of the kindest, warmest acupuncturists you’ll ever meet. I continue to receive acupuncture from her during my pregnancy and always look forward to the calm, relaxing atmosphere inside her clinic.
