Business Owner

Andrew Roddewig is a video director who is as comfortable holding a camera and hanging a light, as he is conducting an interview or pitching a story. After graduating from Savannah College of Art and Design in 2004, Andrew took and unconventional path towards directing. Knowing that the industry would eventually revolve around independent producers and directors doing much of the work on their own Andrew set out to learn the craft from the ground up. Working as crew member on feature films in New York for 5 years.

In 2009 he returned to Chicago with the goal of creating affordable high quality video content for small businesses and institutions.

Since opening in 2009 Clarion New Media has produced over 50 videos for, clients like: John Marshal Law School, Chicago Office of Culture and Tourism, Somercor504, Answer Center America, Matter Dance Company, CB Richard Ellis, Metropolis 2020, Amnesty International USA, Chicago Artist Month and WBEZ.
