If anyone knows Ukrainian Village real estate, it’s these guys! Buying, selling or renting, they are experts. I have rented through them and have had several friends list and buy properties through Cirque agents. They are honest professionals and very knowledgeable in the Ukrainian Village area.

In response to Mark’s comment on my original review: my credit, according to Oskana, wasn’t bad. So they denied me for other reasons that they are not divulging.
I even called an attorney that day and was told BY THE ESQUIRE himself that companies like shady Cirque Group say that to avoid legal ramifications of denying for other reasons (I.E. Ethnicity or sex).
Cirque, you guys are liars. You can say whatever you want to make it seem like what you did wasn’t wrong but it was. Not just the denial but the entire process — from the initial contact — to the showing — to the very end of the bogus denial. An entire sham of a rental process!
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE, people. You will thank me later.
PS. David M. (below) was the guy that got granted the garden unit so that means Cirque put him up to writing that 5 star review! And it’s funny that he mentions Cirque «was willing to work with (his) income and credit»! So not even did he have a perfect situation but was granted the unit anyway! Haha. See, proof right there that Cirque discriminated against ME! Disgusting business practices.

My fiancée and I had a wonderful experience securing a lease with Oksana for a garden apartment in UK village. We arrived at the open house and were shown around and had all of our questions answered. A couple other people visited while we were there and were also very excited and interested in leasing.
Oksana helped us gather the materials that we needed to apply, and gave us lots of open communication about the process. It was good to know that a local reality group would be leasing us the apartment in a community that they were a part of.
Interactions were professional and friendly. Even though we were a young couple just coming out of college, they were willing to work with our income and credit. We loved the apartment that they were showing so much that we were willing to kick in a little more than the going price to lock down the unit.
Things were very straight forward when we were putting the security deposit down and when we were signing the lease. I’m excited to move into the unit.
For anyone who is looking to have a bunch of helpful and wonderful people help them in their apartment search I cannot recommend Cirque enough.

I had a very good experience with this company.
I met Nataliya through a Craiglist posting, and the tenant at that time had nothing but great things to say about her place; and Nataliya gave us both a history lesson on Ukrainian Village! When she could tell I was not completely sold on the place she was showing me, basically because of the lack of window light, she took me to 2 more to get a feel for what I liked.
She never tried to sell me something that wasn’t «me.» The properties she represents are clean and well-​maintained. She knows her properties inside and out. She had addresses memorized and didn’t need to check papers to remember what features were in what unit. She was incredible.
When I was moving out, I worked with Olga. Olga was very respectful of my time, and gave me advanced notice when she needed to show my unit.
I would highly recommend working with this company if you’re looking to rent in Ukrainian Village (which happens to be a very underrated neighborhood, IMO!)

I haven’t rented anything from Olga with Cirque Group yet but I can tell you the property showing process has been great. Olga has been very patient while my fiancé and I figure out what our priorities are. They also have a very diverse group of properties in the UK village area so it has been nice to be able to see multiple places. I’ll update as the rental process goes but for now I’m very happy.

Update– after moving in 6 months ago, I will say that the language barrier with the handyman is a little bit of a pain. He’s really friendly, but it doesn’t help when you are trying to explain what needs fixing.

Their just fine, as long as you speak Ukranian, so when the handyman finally comes you can actually communicate with them.
Oh and don’t expect them to shovel or salt walkways because they prefer tempting lawsuits.
The apartments are cheap, and that’s what you get, a cheap apartment… we have holes in the floor boards for god’s sake.

Very nice associates who call you back and arent judgmental. They have a lot of very reasonable apartments mostly on the west side. It was nice that they worked as a team and wouldnt be like «you have to wait until so and so comes back» which made getting all the paperwork completed very convenient. Would use them again for an apartment search.
