Marty helped me in my search for a home in Chicago while I was still living in Virginia. He listened to what I wanted in a home and quickly searched for places that met those criteria. He found places for me that other agents failed to and was very responsive. Moreover, Marty was a nice guy. The next time I move, I will definitely seek his help. I also recommend Marty to anyone looking for a place in Chicago!

Nick is such a great guy. So easy to work with, not pushy at all. He knows his stuff. I love that his business is family run. Both his father and wife are involved so he is very vested in the business. Two thumbs up!

I called Joe at Chicago’s Property Shop because I saw several listings on their website that I had not come across anywhere else. Having already made an appointment with another locating company, I specifically listed which apartments I was interested in from their online listings.
However, Joe did not set up appointments with with any of those apartments and ultimately, got very angry when he found out I was working with another agency, telling me that I had poor etiquette and should demonstrate loyalty to him — a man I’ve never met, who wouldn’t tell me which buildings we were seeing, and who kept changing the times that we would meet or he would pick me up.
Furthermore, Joe kept trying to push me to see apartments that were well out of my budget.
Overall, I found this company unprofessional and petty and I do not recommend their service.

I’ve worked with several other apartment locating companies over the years and this was by far the best experience I’ve had. Joe really listed to what I wanted and scheduled appointments for me quickly. He also helped me talk through my options, pointed out things I hadn’t thought about for each of the properties and ultimately negotiated an 18 month lease for me to lock in the promotional rate for an extra six months! He is professional, friendly and really easy to work with. And most importantly, actually has his act together. I will definitely be calling Joe the next time I’m moving!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Nick on renting my loft. Getting started was a breeze. Nick met with me to walk through all the steps needed to get listed, helped me choose the right rental price, scheduled showings on my schedule, finalized paperwork and completed the lease signing. Did I mention that he did all of this in less than two weeks? Nick was extremely professional and FAST! I could not be happier with my new tenant Nick found for me or with the service he provided. I am now out of state and will be using Nick for all future rental listings for my loft as I feel very comfortable and happy with Chicago Property Shop. His knowledge of the Chicago real estate market is invaluable. PERIOD.

I have only positive things to say about Bianca and the service provided. Rarely do I leave reviews, but I felt the need to do so for CPS. First, Bianca responded via email/​phone VERY promptly from the beginning to the end of our working relationship. She provided me with great descriptions and website links to the properties of interest before my visit. Bianca was waiting for me at my hotel when I arrived in Chicago and every appointment was scheduled on-​time. She even called every apartment while we were in the car to confirm the next appointment on our way. Bianca always opened the door for me as we entered a property, took notes for me, asked questions I didn’t think of, etc.
Look, I just can’t say enough about the service I received from Bianca. I wish I could give 6 stars b/​c this kind of service doesn’t happy every day. Just for the record, I worked with another relocation company the next day and they received an F– compared with CPS.

Bianca helped me to look for apartments a while ago. Although I didn’t get the apartment from her, her service is great and I would definitely ask her for help again next time I search for apartments again.
