I found Chicago Town Cars through Google. I have never used this company but had to take a chance because the other company prior was half an hour late. I called and spoke to Alvin, he is very professional and I explained how critical pickup on time needed to be… he put me at ease and layed out how his business operates. Both times I scheduled a car, the drivers showed up before the pickup time. Drivers were professional, courteous, and cars kept sparkling. I will never use/​trust another car service company in Chicago. Hands down the best.

Used this service for our wedding pickup, dropoff and our trip to the airport. There were extremely competitive with pricing, had a great big lincoln town car that easily fit my wife’s dress (it wasn’t huge, but wasn’t small, either), and he was prompt and courteous. Very professional.
On our way to and from the honeymoon they couldn’t have made it any easier. Driver was 15 minutes early, nice and got us there quickly. On the return was the same. Thanks CTC.
